Near family.

We tried to have dinner on the first night. Dinner options are - buffet or Al la carte. We chose Al la carte. Waited over 40 minutes and still no starter. After asking twice about our food we finally left when they said it was still being prepared. If you choose buffet I’m sure you will be fine. As a result of us choosing Al la carte we ended up with a packet of potato chips to share in the room 🤣🤣

The actual stay and rooms are up to standard. Well priced and located. No problems with the accommodation.

The evening buffet was a absolute disaster. Will not recommend. 6 Dried out chicken sosaties and 8 pieces of small steaks that looked like it was laying there for 3 weeks. 1 Bak of pap with sauce and about 3 salads. Rather make use of one of the restaurants in town.

Room was big with comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi bath had some jets not working in it. Shower has seen better days and magnetic strips on door kept falling off. No A la carte menu during our stay. Buffet was very uninspiring and breakfast was not much better, but staff were helpful again.

Breakfast was excellent, high standard and reached my expectations even more.

I did not like the promotion that took place at the back yard , where the pool is. It created unnecessary crowds that went in and out of the yard. So they were no peace at the pool during the daytime.

I liked how clean the hotel is.friendly staff.me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room without balcony,and all rooms without balcony are non smoking. So next time we will book an apartment with balcony .I wish they can make second swimming pool .

The apartment was superb 👌 👏... big bathroom with shower, the couch bed for the kids. Extra towels for the whole family. Bar fridge for cold beverages. A beautiful simple kitchen.

The architecture, design of the building and attention to detail on bedding, bathroom and seating is superb. It just difficult to fault it. Special mention to Lilly who made sure I get alternative place to shower when the building experienced burst pipe, kudos to her!

The aircon is just not fit for purpose, yes, it was very cold when I was there but another guest also complained and asked for more blankets, a sure sign they are obsolete. Secondly, at this level, I expect buffet breakfast, if it has to do with Covd-19 regulations, then the price should reflect that its continental type breakfast, price can't stay the same while the menu has changed, its thuggery.

Location. Very friendly staff - we stayed here in Jan and Sharleen and her team bent over backwards to help us.

Food portions are too big, makes me feel uneasy when I leave loads of food on my plate - it looks as if I didn’t enjoy it when I did

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast delicious and room service/alacatar superb 👌

No microwave, needed to warm something on my arrival day. Staying for 2 days.

Lucky the receptionist and the manager who was in charge were very customer oriented. I didn't like the room i was allocated to but the manager change it for me with no extra charge. During the process of changing the room I was exhausted and little bit upset because I travelled a long distance to visit the hotel but Lucky was kind, professional and assisted me with the luggage.

The hotel ran out of water but they sorted that problem
