The Country Lodge Hotel

. The staffs were exceptionally good.. Their hospitality was impeccable 👌. They listened and were very eager to solve your problems. The manager Mr Ararat was great and very professional.. Mr Abou was excellent, infact it was his day off on the day I was leaving the hotel.. I wanted to thank him personally for his kindness...I regret not seeing him before I left . Apart from the staff, the hotel environment was beautiful. The view was great. Not forgetting the food st the restaurant including breakfast..Generally, it was a great experience for me and i would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone and I will obviously return if necessary and i would say it was good value for money 💰

Placement of outlets and toilet roll paper very inconvenient. Shower had no door so the shower water spilled to the floor

The staff was OMG great. Our rooms were smaller but as soon as we ask to change it, the front desk manager did. He’s the best. The restaurant staff is a bit slow but the managers did their best to meet our demands. The managers recommended places we could go and even took us there. My girl friends & I had amazing 🤩 stay. I would go again and I recommend it. Only one thing I would change, the towels”. Cheers 🥂

Hotel is nicely situated overlooking Freetown. It has a nice large pool and a good gym. The restaurant had really good food (the shrimp thermidor was delicious) The restaurant setting is also very nice

One of the restaurant waitresses could be more personable and engaging (the one with the long hair)

Amazing views from the terrace, very comfortable and clean rooms. Great pool and sunbathing space. Super great gym! We had breakfast included in the room price, which was completely worth the money! For the rest of the meals, reasonable prices.

Card payments get charged an extra 3% -which is not stated in either the booking confirmation or the website.

The staff were amazing. Facilities is good and met our expectation. Above all, we received a world of experience birthday cake. Thanks to Olivia and Victor. They made our day. Less I forget, the breakfast was not expected. We couldn't handle it. It's was a sweet hill to climb. Edible, palatable and eye catching.

In relation to the minibar. It could have been better to ask what we would have prefer. Also, I wasn't expecting the tax on the drinks found in the minibar.

All staff was very friendly. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the hotel is wonderful, the food is lovely, the pool clean.

Very friendly and nice staff. Good hygiene, and a lovely environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Freetown.
