Hotel Palisad

Affordable and good hotel. Standard rooms are tired and need renovations, they are more 3* rather than 4* . Carpet near the restaurant need urgent renovation and exchange. Smoking in the most beautiful part of hotel should be banned urgently !! The other room we had was luxury one and it is a minimum to choose from this hotel. Luxury one is proper 4 star room and nicely decorated! Well done for staff at Petar Pan playroom for kids!

Location is perfect as well as art all around .

Location is amazing, 2 minutes walk to the central square. Rooms very spacious, comfortable and cozy, staff very friendly, great breakfast, beautiful lobby. We usually stay in Mona but Palisad will be our choice from now on.

The beautiful cafe on the first floor was not opened because they were working on replacing the carpet. One small section was open and the service was great but I wish they have chosen a more appropriate time to do the reno and not just before the holidays.

The location cannot be better. Just off the center, but still in the forest/greenery, which in the disappearing category in Zlatibor, unfortunately. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view, wow! But I think the most favourite part is the amazing art collection. Just going for a coffee there and enjoying paintings if worth.

Breakfast could be a bit more international and less traditional Serbian. But it was still very good.

Breakfast was very varied including local speciallites such as kaymak and ajvar which is a pepper spread, Burek, vegtables,fruits, cold cuts, cheese, a lot of pasteries, cerials, wonderful coffeet. The staff of the restaurant was courtious and very nice and walked an extra mile to make you welcome especially the breakfast chef Rada who went out of his way to stasify n us. Dinner cost 5 euro per person and it is buffet style like breakfat and it includes several kinds of meat, one fish, two garnishes, salads and cold cuts, several cakes and two kinds of soup. We were upgraded to a superior room with a coach, and a small porch. The hotel is in the city center and it includes three parts of a huge lobby with art aritcles including sculptures and pictures one part unfortunately allows smoking. The reception staff in very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the room includes a kettle they charge you for the coffee attached to the kettle.

A swimming pool and a jacuzzi were missing.

The politeness of the personnel, the spacious room, the hygiene level of the hotel in general. The cleanliness of the bathroom was pristine.

The breakfast buffet was with insufficient choice of food until morw guests arrived in the hotel. By my opinion the food choice must not depend on the number of guests in the hotel. Other than this, everything else was superb.

Great location. We got an upgrade of our room type with no additional cost. The minibar is well equiped and with affordable prices, which is really handy. The hotel restaurany is pretty good and offers amazing value for money.

Unfortunately this hotel does not have a swimming pool. This is not a deal breaker but it would have been even better.

A fantastic place to stay in Zlatibor, super central, minutes away from the central fountain square. Friendly staff. the bathroom is great, the shower is great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much variety of options to choose from .I used the fitness / gym facility on site...and I must say I'm impressed. The bed mattress was very comfortable too, and I enjoyed a great sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and you're not going wrong if you stay at the hotel Palisad.

the absence of air conditioning in the room...we had to ask for a fan, otherwise the warm summer night would have become hard to handle. The phone n the room to reach out to the reception didn't work too well. If you manage to fix these problems, then it's a 10/10.

Nice collection of Serbian art And paintings of XX century.

I had to spend the night on a bed with a mattress that had not been removed from the packaging cellophane in a room that for some reason did not have air conditioning. opening the window, it turned out that no one had washed them for a very long time.

Plenty of food, for every taste. Perfect location. Most important - friendly staff, cleanliness and high level of service. Warm recommendation.

I didn't find anything bad in hotel Palisad. In general, the problem of Zlatibor is the excessive number of new facilities built during the last few years...

Clean rooms, bathroom great, staff nice, breakfast great

Separate mattresses that are linked instead of one,, pillows are not comfortable. Spa and massage offer is poor, one therapist with very limited slots, not able to serve more than 1 pwrson at a time with js not convinient for a couple.
