Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence, Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter

I absolutely love my room! It's incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to move around and stretch out. The natural light that floods the space during the day is simply stunning, and the overall ambiance of the room is warm and inviting.

The hotel should consider investing in good quality pillows to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and restful sleep. During my stay, I noticed that the pillows provided were a mix of soft, very soft, and very hard, which made it difficult for me to find a comfortable one to use. In the end, I had to settle for using just one, which was not ideal for me.

I was upgraded to a suite and it was neat and absolutely amazing! I love this hotel as it’s not my first stay there… Their room service & housekeeping staff are super nice!

The only areas of improvement are staff availability and food.

The property, rooms, customer service, food and beverages, garden view of balcony and lovely surroundings.

Not much, minor stain on carpet and dust on some parts of the room. Also, food rates on the high side.

Breakfast was excellent, as usual, in all the Radisson Blu hotels I visited. Thanks to all the staff members, the gym and pool were v good.

Air conditioner controller needs fixing. On the last day, they didn't clean the room; they said they didn't because of checking out in a few hours!! You need a car definitely. Airport is more than 35 minutes away.

The staff at the reception was very professional. She was kind enough to help me and upgrade my room as well so that they can accommodate my request. Had a very delightful stay. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need inside. They had a pool accessible to women. Ambience of the entire hotel was great.

The breakfast had limited choices. Could have had more choices. Outside sitting area of the restaurant needs more upgrade in appearance to make it more appealing and beautiful. But, the staff at the restaurant was very gracious and friendly and I applaud them all.

Irs the.people that make the difference. Ether with Housekeeping did an amazing job when we asked for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was sensational and Rasel live cooking, eggs and waffles I had were exellent.

From the start of checking until check-out, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nada at reception was very friendly and professional. It was a very warm welcome. The room exceeded expectations and I even had an extra blanket & pillow delivered without my asking. Best part was my private terrace in the room. The family lounge and kids play area are very clean and everything was constantly sanitized. I felt safe and comfortable. Great breakfast and service overall. Will be definitely be coming again!

Really enjoyed the stay. The level of cleanses, curtesy of staff, the subtle decor and great facilities, gave a European tranquil vibe. The facility is located in the Diplomatic quarter, in close proximity to vibrant cultural venues.

There was no staff at the gym and pool and felt it needed cleaning and attention.

The cleaning part was awesome . The receptionist was very friendly .

1. Food variety was less at the restaurant. 2. I booked a suite with breakfast but unfortunately I was not informed that the breakfast should be taken in the restaurant and the time was 6-10 am …

I didn't get breakfast in the hotel - good options nearby include Tamimi market (self-cater), Fana'alawal (cafe), or any of the places in Al Kindi plaza. Don Reubens or La Rustica for dinner - yum
