Plaza V Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was not only delicious but offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and had a visually appealing decor. As for the location, it couldn't have been more convenient, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I was on a quick stopover and quite exhausted during my stay. I expected the hotel staff to be more proactive, especially in terms of handing back my ID after check-in, which unfortunately didn't happen neither upon check-in nor upon check-out.

A very good quality hotel right in the center of the city, modern design rooms, spotless clean, fine and helpful staff. Very good price/value ratio. Perfect breakfast with many choices. Free parking in the courtyard is also convenient, although no reservation possible. A big plus for the lebanese restaurant on site, which is indeed special and serving high quality food (although not cheap). Highly reccomended :)

Strange, that you cannot enter the hotel directly from the parking, and you have to walk back to the street, but not a big issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet including the lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff. Rooms are stylish and big, beds are comfy. Maybe a bigger pillow would have been better but otherwise great experience. We also enjoyed the spa. And the Balinese masseuse is a gem, make sure you book a session with her.

We got a second bedroom so we can have separate beds but it was unfortunately less well outlined than the other. The bathroom was small and no wall mirror in the room but its a minor thing.

It is always a pleasure to go to Plaza Hotel. The staff is friendly, the room size is very good. The bed is conformable, in the bathroom we had all we needed. An extra point to the cleaning services, they cleaned the room the second day as it was the first day. They left water, coffee and tea.

In the Wellness center there was noise due to some children. The hotel might need to reconsider to allow children in the Wellness center as this is an area where people want to relax and not a public "strand".

Nice hotel right in the center of the city. Walking distance to the citadel, restaurants, shops etc. Lots of options for breakfast.

Something weird (maybe a machine of some sort) was causing vibrations in the room (second floor). Not the most pleasant feeling. Staff needs to be more careful about the schedule that gets sent out for the spa through booking as it’s different than what is seen in the hotel. The hotel schedule is the real one apparently.

We spent only one night at the Plaza, however the location was great and very convenient for being in the center of the city. The reception called us a taxi and they were very courteous. We got 2 rooms at the 5th floor and one of them had a great view of the street. Beautiful!

Everything was right on for the little time we spent there. There is nothing I would have changed during this visit. Maybe a bigger parking would help, however, we ended up leaving the car on the street and it worked out well.

Room size, cleaning. The lady from the Spa was very nice, she was cleaning the water every time and attentive to ensure that the jacuzzi is working when we were heading towards there.

There was no body lotion. The Italian restaurant served very bad quality food, the food was cold when it was served. Don't recommend going there .

The rooms are ok, a bit too small for the price. Very good breakfast. Safe parking spot (limited).

The level of noise coming from the street is very high since is a main road so maybe you prefer a room oriented towards the back of the hotel. At ground level there is an event room so music will also be an issue depending on when the closing hours will be.

Fantastic breakfast menu, Very friendly staff, Clean,neat,comfortable Spa gym are just fine and clean. Location is nearly perfect. Restaurant promises a lot. Parking lot is free and very secured. The price is reasonable for the quality you receive

Spa could be better but not so many space to build a bigger one. Laundry service was a bit expensive. Not so many things to add the negative sides.

- The location is perfect, very close to everything. - Superb breakfast with a huge variety of food. - Well-equipped gym and great SPA. - Wi-Fi is fast, and perfect for working remotely.

- no light for reading next to the bed. In the purple room, it is very dark. - the room we were in is facing the main street and it is very noisy from the motorbikes and "loud" cars passing by all night. Could use better sound isolation on the windows.
