Spectacular view of Cluj from our balcony. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Rooms were large, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is large as well. Pool is nice but we didn't get to enjoy it because of the rain. New addition: a full stacked gym with all necessary racks and machines: several benches, a station with 6 stations for squats, chest press. You can even do biceps curls without having to use the squat rack. Olympic bars. Plenty of weights. Dumbbells up to 48 kg (105 lbs).

Not the hotel's fault, but I would have wished for sunnier times. For people needing to get to the offices areas it is a bit far, but Cluj is not such a big city, so it doesn't add too much time to your morning/evening ride.

This monumental hotel, situated on a hill overlooking the city centre, offers some stunning views. Try to book a room on the back side! Stylish rooms, with terrasse, more than all the comfort one needs, and ample space. I especially enjoyed the terrasse (even though my room was on the front side and therefore didn’t overlook the city, but the swimming pool which wasn’t too bad as well, of course). I also enjoyed the privacy of the bubble bath in the bath room. Rooms are sound proof, which is very important on account of the many wedding parties that are staged at the hotel.

In weekends, there are two or three wedding parties that are being staged every night. This causes noise from loud music, and make it difficult to enjoy the facilities fully. The hotel is somewhat far from the centre, which makes it less suitable if you want to explore the city.

Luxurious hotel, on a hill overlooking the city centre. I simply adored the view from the elevator (which has a window). Try to book a room at the back side, where the view from the terrasses must be great. My room was in the front, overlooking the swimming pool, which wasn’t too bad as well, of course. Stylish room with plenty of space, and a beautiful bath room.

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays there’s too much noise from the two or three wedding parties per night that are going on separately. The hotel is also at some distance from the city centre, and the neighbourhood isn’t very interesting, so the parties with their loud music are hard to avoid.

Big rooms, very comfortable beds, we had 2 rooms one next to the other and they were sharing the same balcony. Good breakfast, tasty options. Very polite and professional staff at breakfast time and at the restaurant in the evening. Also free spacious parking was definitely a plus.

On the negative side, I will make a note regarding the fact that no-one was answering the phone when we called for room service. We went to the restaurant instead, having polite staff, but the point is that do you expect from a 5-star hotel to maybe call you back if they see a missed call at the reception?! I would expect so.. Also, our bath tub had a leakage problem, I hope it was fixed after our recommendation, to be ready for the next visitors.

The hotel was beautiful, large rooms and very comfortable. The pool was great as well! The restaurant served excellent food.

It often felt quite empty so some evenings it was just us in the restaurant which felt strange but overall nothing to complain about.

The hotel is nice. Te room was big, very clean amd cosy. I really liked the bathroom caise it has also a bathtube and. shower. The breakfast was very good and they have very tasty cheesacakes.

When I made the reservation, I requested a room with double bed, and we’ve got a room with twin beds.

Grand stylish luxury hotel with a stubby lobby ! spacious room with beautiful bathrooms with bath with jets big shower bidet! Very comfortable pocket sprung beds. Swimming pool ! balcony with city views. Great breakfast extensive buffet and live cooking. Friendly staff . The best hotel in Cluj Napoca!

The room was excellent, automatization all around, the view was good, but it is spoiled by those two huge apartment buildings just across from the hotel while the interactions with the staff were minimal, so it is hard to evaluate them properly.

The breakfast is average at best.

The hotel was beautiful with a panoramic view of Cluj , big and spacious rooms, and elegant bathroom . The breakfast buffet was very nice , staff very professional and friendly. Definitely, we will go back.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely hotel, big rooms with balcony and very peaceful. Pool area could do with a little maintenance and breakfast was adequate.

Pool area needed some attention, loungers could be updated and the patio areas needed weeding. Breakfast was fairly basic but did the job.
