Resort Ambient

Perfect, quiet place with an excellent pool, wonderful surroundings, and friendly staff. Food is magnificent, tasty, and beautifully served and prices are reasonable. The place also has outdoor facilities for sports and relaxation. Everything was great. This was our second time and we would visit it again.

The weather was cold and we were accommodated in a room without internal access to the pool, so we had to make the short walk outside after using it. Not a good idea. My daughter got a bad cold. We should have skipped the pool under the circumstances, but it was one of the main reasons we chose the place. Thankfully there is a pharmacy nearby.

Old AC in the room , it took a lot of time to get cold. They did not put a matress on the extra bed on the first night so it could not be used. I asked for one the second day and they apologized but they did not have a matress available in the first day that’s why they did not put one on the bed. The problem was fixed the second night but still terrible services, they could have told me when I did the check in.

We were told the morning of our stay that the ambient was not available and we would be staying at thr concul ambient. We were very happy with the change as the concul was lovely. It was the best food we have had on our trip to Romania. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to stay another night but wasn't available.

Very little in the area around but has alot of facilities on site.

- the location is great, the room was very clean nicely and practically furnished. We had all the amenities and comfort we needed. It's family friendly. - we enjoyed the pools, both indoor and out and the play areas. the courtyard is nicely cared for. - the staff is very polite and was really nice to us - the breakfast was tasteful and had some surprising sweet and savory dishes - the food from the restaurant was really good - the location is really close to a lot of tourist activities so we really enjoyed our stay

Food was really amazing. Breakfast first and the rest of the meals (we ate at the resort's restaurant). Really good and tasty.

The safe did not work. And the pool was there mostly for points... it was exceedingly small, and the pool room feels claustrofobic.

We loved it, it was excellent. The staff, the hotel, the pool (the kid really loved the pool).

The breakfast really needs to be improved. Very few options and if you wake up late in the morning, you'll have even less. Also, the two room apartment will get quite hot. Especially the room up top. The air conditioning is in the room below and it doesn't really cope with two rooms.

Wonderful location, food and service. We had a great time, both children and adults. We enjoyed the spa, the swimming pools and the playground. The location is quiet, yet close to everything you might want to visit in the area. We can’t wait to return.

The property is very well located in the center of Cristian, within max 20 min. from Brasov’s old town, and very close to Rasnov. The fact that the location has both indoor and outdoor pool and the fact that samtaff is extremely helpful.

We had a Junior Sweet and the sofa was not extremely comfortable -but all in all Ok.
