Friendly staff at reception desk, convenient location, close to MRT & bus stop, walking distance to Bugis. Room size is large enough for 3 adults/beds and cool air conditioner. Water pressure is strong.

Shallow dent at the centre of bottom of bath tub that feet slightly immerse uncomfortably into water during & after showering. Feeling a bit old in furniture/setting.

Staff are very nice and friendly. Very helpful with my request and taxi even at early morning.

Bed sheet a bit dirty on one spot, there were a red spot, not sure what was that. I didn't ask for change, but i think the hotel could pay more attention to it.

Large rooms, especially for Singapore. Location was great between MRT stations and bus stops. Lots of dinner options. Beds were great and the shower and bath were a big plus. Price wasn't cheap but for Singapore standards very reasonable.

Very helpful staff, installed a router directly in my room for increased WiFi signal. Room had a desk to make working from home easier.

it’s not super flashy but it certainly got the job done from a work perspective.

Reception was unable to provide a corkscrew after 11 as the restaurant had closed. Some paper from previous guest was still in room.

great location, near to Bugis & Raffles City, convenient to shop. my friend not feeling well and the staff at cafe is very considerate to let me take away breakfast with a good packaging to bring back room for my friend.

Hotel check in time at 3pm and I reached hotel around 2.45pm, after registered and done all the check in process, the staff let me wait at corner for about 15min and served other customers and still yet get ready the room card to me. until I go to check with the staff again only pass me the room card. I have done all the payment online before arrival and customer will expect the room is ready on time. The bathtub not clean enough, aircond too cold even the switch to lowest fan.

Starting to look a bit tired inside. Some very amateur renovations, like big smears of silicone around the base of our WC, which could so easily have been tidied up by the contractor who installed it. Pool had a rope with floats half way along so you couldn’t swim lengths. Nothing major though, given the excellent value.

Room was quite spaceful and beds were very comfortable. Excellent Shower pressure. Location is wonderful, 5 mins walk to Bugis street and short taxi/bus/MRT ride to any of the touristy attractions Breakfast was OK, less veriety but crossiants were great.

Breakfast could be better and varied a bit. Bacon served was very bad, no taste at all and rather looked discarded shreds of bacon. Only say sausages once in 5 days, same with Salamis. I noticed 60% Indian crowd everyday still no good Indian breakfast was served daily, just saw Idli/wada once in 5 days Rooms look dated and ceiling had traces of mould, Shower knob was broken on the tap.
