The place is good. It was clean and has good service.

I think that need more parking.

The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. Very comfortable place and they will clean and bring clean towels if you ask. The area honestly looks rundown when you get there but my husband and I walked around to bars at night and were perfectly fine so it seemed like a safe place. A lot of college kids but I didn't really notice a lot of noise or anything. Overall very happy with this hotel, we would stay here again.

The only issue we had with our room was that the only mirror was a tiny one over the sink. They should absolutely add a full length mirror.

clean, neat, they have A/C, cable TV, microwave, location near to the purpose of our trip, free parking on the street and right across the church and in front of the hotel. 24/7 front desk availability. what you see in the picture is what you will see in real life.

they don’t offer solid soap and small shampoo and small conditioner containers. i asked the front desk. they only have the liquid soap to use as body wash and hair. they don’t have hair dryer also.

It was exactly as advertised; clean and comfortable.

Everything was great BUT: it would have been nice to have *cups* in the room (even paper) to heat water for tea in the microwave and also cream and sugar. I brought my own tea, but... A little noisy in the hallway in the early morning.

Great customer service, leaving before time related my new place was ready, they took care of it diligently. Parking great with security, San Juan police kept doing rounds. Building is old but well renovated, no elevator for a 3rd floor, good security cameras. Don't forget your mask...

No elevator for 3rd floor, is rough when you carry baggage, or for clients doing stairs. I understand it will be resolved this issue.

Front desk personnel "Rosa". I would consider her to be a top notch asset to this fine establishment. Fabulous people skills. She went above and beyond make us feel as if we were at home. Her service alone would be the reason I would return!

The room was very clean. They disinfect the room between guest. The location very convenient, near Walgreens, First Pharmacy, plenty of restaurants, public transportation, uber available. The staff is amazing. Rates are good. Hotels in San Juan are expensive and this hotel provide all I need for half of the price. Is a bakery behind the hotel with very good selection. Is a free parking. The have security 24/7 Good AC and free wifi. I visit the hotel because I had a training in the area and I enjoyed my stay.

The receptionist really made the hotel worth it.. And the local stores right outside. Made everything convient

The way trump didn't not help this island after the hurricane. Super happy he is gone

It was Quite clean room nice people around the area staff was nice made sure we were safe I had no problem with this hotel

The peace and quiet

That we were able to spend a calm, comfortable and safe stay during the entire week. More so, the staff was very kind and friendly to us. No disturbances during the stay.

The wifi quality wasn't reliable in terms of signal and speed. So for working assignments I wasn't satisfied & the table had a weak leg which was more of a concern rather than a complaint.
