VIP Executive Santa Iria Hotel

The property is well kept but showing its age. a varnish crew to spiff up some of the wooden features would help. It was fairly quiet even though you could hear voices in the adjacent room and the plumbing could use some sound isolation. The breakfast buffet is excellent except for the coffee machine. the coffee is over cooked and i you want just water for tea, yo really need to ask for it from the hostess. Unfortunately smoking is a strong habit in Portugal so opening the window some tomes invited the stench of tobacco and some of the guest smoke in the rooms so you had to walk through the stench of tobacco at times. The staff was super friendly and helpful… they sent a taxi for me when I felt I could walk no longer. they spoke english tons better than my Duo Lingo training provided.

The hotel team, everyone was very professional and kind. They made us feel very welcome. At the reception in the morning of our arrival, the gentleman that did our check in was very kind and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We never had the opportunity to thank him for this attention as he was probably finishing his shift right after. THANK YOU. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The swimming pool.

Some details in room and amenities need up fixing, but this didn't affect our stay .

Hotel is nice, the room is big and the view is country side view or pool view. The staff are really professional and super friendly and am talking about everyone from reception, to room service, to bar and restaurant staff. It's a nice hotel and calm specially at night.

Location is far from city center specially for someone who comes for the first time to Lisbon. Also due to location the hotel should provide free breakfast to guests while no restaurants or bakeries are nearby (at least i did not see)

Very clean and comfortable, has pool table at lobby, the swimming pool is very nice but closed at night. good breakfast

Annoying cleaners, knocked very loud in the morning, I was still sleeping, asked them to come later, then came again in like 15 mins. I would put Do not disturb but I don't understand what was the point of cleaning room when I was going check out the same day. The room key stopped working a little before check out time, had to go to reception to figure it out.

A good stop for my husband and I along the Camino route, Day 1 from Lisbon. We were upgraded to a lovely suite - which had a great view over the mountain behind the hotel and pool area. Helpful staff, very clean.

Pool will not be open until June (sad face) - it was full of water and looked very refreshing and inviting.

The check-in went smoothly. The staff members were helpful. Room was clean. The restaurant has really nice steak (in case you eat meat). We got complimentary, cold mineral water (much needed).

It is quite a distance from the airport, taxi will cost around 15E one-way. The hotel has no unique atmosphere - I would say it is a rather average looking hotel, both in and out.

Comfortable, large, quiet room with all necessary equipment. Decor dated but in good order. Relaxed bar area and useful pool. Lidl next-door.

Buffet dinner wasn't very good (there were more fast-food type options in the bar area) No pool towels and no sun loungers out.

We loved our stay. The room was lovely. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Excellent location, close to restaurants and public transport. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms and the pool, bar, and restaurant were nice. The bar staff and restaurant staff were great.

We are a group walking the Camino so we had to veer off the Camino for quite a while through very busy/major streets and highways.

A great place for us to rest in the first night of our Camino! Expensive by Camino standards but you get what you pay for by hotel standards.
