what a place really nice 👍 in a very good location. so clean and tidy lots of space, good bathroom kitchen with all you need to cook a lovely meal. outside area are really nice to chill read a book have a nice drink 🥤 lots of different beaches with in walking distance don’t miss sunset. awesome 👏 diving center. Thy know the best site to dive, I was lucky enough to do 5 dives with Julia very kind and full of joy also Gonzalo a funny 😆 lad and helpful. over all you will never regret staying here was their for five wonderful days.

The shared dorm room was satisfactory as was the shared bathroom and shower. but on the night I stayed in late January it was colder than normal. There were no blankets to be found and everyone was cold, so a resourceful French guy went out and gathered some wood and got a fire going in the fireplace in the common room. The problem was the heat didn't do much for the rooms, so I brought up the issue with the owner the next day. He was very reasonable and mature and agreed it was unacceptable, mentioning that staff should have been there. In any case, he found a very fair solution and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It really has a great vibe and I met a lot of interesting people.

I only stayed one night at the Divehouse as I wanted to extend my trip in Sagres after enjoying the little town so much and note: Comfortable bed Good, easy going vibe Quiet part of “town” The cat and hedgehog Clean facilities Really good value Nice spot to chill or chat to other guests

The only downside is having only one toilet/ bathroom for the house. You may need to be patient at peak bathroom times. I had a car but might not be so convenient to go get groceries without one.

This was the most enjoyable hostel stay I've ever had. I felt right at home, everyone (including the other guests) was so welcoming, warm and friendly and the atmosphere was very open, much like a family. Some of my other highlights in and around this beautiful, well-kept house include: the diving, the fun evenings, the exceptionally comfy beds, the cat (Pirata 😻) and of course the hammock. What the surroundings are concerned, I found Sagres to be a fascinating town. Just touristy enough to keep it interesting, but it still has this "local" vibe to it. It has shops, cafes, restaurants and bars with everything you could wish for and there are so many gorgeous beaches easily reachable by foot from the hostel - but none of it was crowded when I was there at the end of May.

That my time here went by way too fast! ...and maybe the mosquitoes at night sometimes. But other than that, I seriously have nothing bad to say.

Very welcoming staff in an amazing place where you feel home immediately. Everything was spotless clean, well organized with a personal wardrobe and a shelf in the kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful living room and terrace, well equipped kitchen. The first place I stayed along the Fishermen trail with an environmental concern (saving water, clean beach activities, waste separation and recycling)

That I did not stay longer :) Maybe one recommendation to make the place perfect: mosquito net on the windows so that you can leave the windows open at night for more air.

The cozy, kind energy of Puravida Divehouse was exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay in beautiful Sagres. I had great WiFi, comfortable spaces to work and relax in, and I loved being so close to so many beaches and coastal trails. The cute, little town of Sagres is only a 10-15 minute walk away, and any direction you walk, there are gorgeous cliffs and sandy beaches to explore! Chris gave me so much information about hiking, diving, surfing, and all of the many adventures that the area has to offer. It was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be returning soon!

Very small hostel - only 8 beds inside the house (2 rooms). Comfy beds, good lockers, curtains on the bunks to five some privacy. You can walk to beaches and good restaurants. The staff are wonderful. Really great vibe and I enjoyed it here a lot. Well equipped kitchen, SPAR nearby. Love the hammock!!

Only one combined toilet/shower for 8 people meant a bit of a wait in the evening. No other complaints!

Everything was super chill, the space was clean and we had our full privacy as the studio was located at the back side of the hostel, with our own small terrace. Staff is very nice and helpful, everyone speak English perfectly

It was a bit hot to sleep upstairs in antresola, but they have electric fan which runs a bit loud but definitely helps to deal with the hit. Overall, it was not a big issue

Very Clean, Feels like Home, close to Beach and supermarket

The volunteers (?) so the people working there except for the cleaning lady weren’t too friendly. They did not make me feel welcome nor did I feel like I could ask them anything. Sometimes I even felt like they would be living there as a friendgroup and the guests were the intruders.

Friendly and welcoming hostel focused on divers. I only stayed one night after a hiking day on the fishermen's trail. It was a bit noisy from the living room in the dorm when I tried to sleep early, but with some earplugs it was completely fine. Kitchen is well equipped and its a cosy hostel.
