Lisboa Central Park Hotel Suites & Studios

We enjoyed our spacious room and its central location that gave us easy access to a few metro stations (Parque, Marques de Pombal, Avenida) and multiple bus stops to explore the city. Main tourist attractions like Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, El Corte Ingles and a wide variety of dining and shopping options to fit all budgets are an easy 15-20 minute walk from this well-situated hotel. In addition, having a beautiful park right across the quiet street and a few affordable local restaurants next door is a bonus!

An electric kettle to make tea, a coffee machine and mini bar/refrigerator in our suite could have made our 2-week stay more comfortable. For someone who regularly drinks tea throughout the day & at bedtime like me, it became inconvenient to keep asking the restaurant on the ground floor for hot water. A little more variety in breakfast options like different fruit instead of the same fruit salad every day for 2 weeks would have been appreciated.

Large room/suite, like a small apartment. Breakfast was limited, but what was tasted good. Nice and helpful staff, especially one guy that worked late in the reception. Had safe, refrigerator and AC in both rooms with beds. Electric metal blinds for the windows, so the room was dark during the night/morning. Good location near the metro (but be prepared to walk in hills!)

Water leaked out from the shower on the bathroom floor. Also from the faucet. The bathroom door went inward, which made the space in the bathroom smaller. Breakfast could have had more selection, for example eggs and warm food. Also limited selection of toppings for the sandwiches.

The hotel is not wow, older construction, but it compensates with cleanliness, quality of services and staff. Being three people, we received an apartment with two rather large bedrooms and a large bathroom. the room was cleaned every day. Very varied breakfast and the a la carte restaurant with a very good menu and decent prices. Located 5 minutes' walk from the Marques de Pombal square, where the metro station is and 5 stops from the city center.

I like everything at this hotel. The location is exceptional - though not in the touristy center, this hotel is close to a big park and close to metro and so many bus lines. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and they helped me solve several problems during my week long stay. I liked their breakfast too! Thank you all for your hard work.

Can't think of anything that I don't like. I wish there could be a coffee maker or hot water kettle in the room as I traveled with my parents and they need to drink hot water at night. But the staff was so helpful and they helped me find a kettle in their storage room and allowed me to use it during my stay.

Good size room, similar to an apartment minus a kitchen sink. 2single beds in one room and a double bed with another single in the main room. Decent size HD tv, motorised shutters on window. Digital key lock, safety deposit box. Towels changed daily and room cleaned. Working AC or heating. Shower was powerful and scorching hot but fitting were a little dated but functioning as intended. In an excellent location close to everything from supermarkets to hop on hop of bus depot and other Lisbon tour buses. 30 minute walk to the sea during which you will pass many landmarks.

Air conditioning for some reason was noisy when on rotation setting but worked fine apart from this. Not many hangers in wardrobes. No option to check in early so had to wait 4 hours in the lobby as was raining outside so couldn't really go out until the check in time of 3pm.

Staff were very friendly and it was great value for money as we got the room for £100 for two nights!! Because of this I was expecting the room to be pretty basic but it was huge as we got two bedrooms and a bathroom when I was only expecting the one. Really clean hotel and good housekeeping.

Okay location, can definitely walk to the popular area from it, only issue we had was the shower easily overflows if you don’t keep an eye on it.

The location was great, close to the metro and busses; close to restaurants, close to supermarkets. The staff was super nice, and the room was super clean. Breakfast was really good as well. We were in the deluxe suite and it was absolutely amazing! The apartment was huge and the view was amazing. I 100% recommend this place, based on value for money. We were on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it; even more so because we got an upgrade from the hotel.

I like everything. The wifi kept disconnecting, but that's because we were on the 8th floor, and most of the time it was connecting well.

On arrival the staff were really friendly and very helpful when I was parking my car. The room was much more spacious than I expected and having 2 bathrooms was an unexpected surprise! Thank you for a great overnight stay.

The breakfast selection wasn't as varied as I was hoping for. A fresh fruit selection would have been appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but good. The location is great and the hotel is very well connected with different options of public transportation nearby.

It's a three-star hotel, nothing too fancy, the facilities are a bit old, but considering all this I believe they did a good job. No major topic to complain about.
