We had breakfast in a basket every morning outside our room. The selection was very large, so something for everyone. The staff were so kind and friendly and helped in every way. The location was perfect for us we parked our car nearby at the car park walked 4 minutes through the winding streets of the old town and had our own 2 bedroom one bathroom suite, with access to a balcony outside our space, a courtyard on the lower floor, and a huge attic space for chill. So the property gives all its guests more spaces to hang out. Great value for money. Lots of restaurants , hikes , beaches within walking distance.

The property was wonderful. Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, a wonderful buffet breakfast and lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy. The staff (young woman who managed the check-in and her colleague who helped with the buffet) were very pleasant and really wanted everything to be perfect. There was a 'welcome' bottle of white wine which we enjoyed. The room was comfortable and spacious by European standards. The shower had great water pressure. There was also a container of oranges near the front door that you could help yourself to. I cannot say enough good things of this wonderful property.

So cute! Staff reached out to me for an approximate arrival time and was waiting for me when I arrived. I literally had to do nothing for checkin except follow the gal to my room. Wonderful! We had a lovely single room on the top floor with a cozy patio and a view of the water. The room was surrounded in windows that we left open much of the time. We were just a block or so from the Main Street. Unfortunately, because of poor planning on our part we were only there one night and left so early we missed breakfast. I would definitely book this place again.

Luana was very nice and attentive. the property was clean with many areas to lounge or eat breakfast. Daily breakfast left outside your room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower was large. Complimentary wine bottle and basket of fruit was provided in the room at check in. bottled water daily. my room was on the highest floor and had a beautiful balcony. Great property would stay again because what makes it a perfect stay is the tiny details that Luana provides that makes residence Lagos special.

It is located close to the center of the historic area of Lagos but note that it is hilly and may be difficult with those who have difficulty ambulating. Parking is free but about three blocks away.

Great location in old town nice view charming room

No mini bar as advised in booking, ran out of toiletries each day and not enough soap for 3 days, big a/c generator on the balcony which was noisy and generated hot air when it was already 32 degrees outside. I think a warning on the step down when you enter the property needs to be put in plate like a piece of grey non-slip tape as it’s easy to miss the step and fall as my mother did. Huge safety factor.

Lovely room. Spacious with a balcony and beautiful views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast too which was included . A bottle of white wine was a bonus to welcome us

Toilet amenities included on 2 small bottles of shower gel which was not replaced. The room / bathroom wasn’t cleaned although the bed was made and towels neatly kept on the rack. The streets were extremely narrow and difficult to park and off load your luggage-Parking was at a parking lot

In a quiet residential area, the room was a good size and the shower was great. Beautiful decor, and a quiet outside terrace in the shade with chairs and plants, very tranquil. Simple, tasty breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, bread, cereals etc, and freshly squeezed orange juice. And a terrace with tables where you could eat, looking over the rooftops of the city. A really beautiful place to stay

Nothing I didn’t like, everything was perfect, and the staff were wonderful

Luana, who was at the reception was really great. She was very attentive and really friendly and service oriented. The location in the middle of the old town of Lagos was also great, we turned around one corner and were already in one of the main streets. The old house was cute. Our room and bathroom were big enough. We received a bottle of wine as welcome present as well as some pears and a big bottle of water.

Our room was on the ground level with windows facing the street. During the day it was quiet enough, but during the night with people enjoying nightlife, it was too loud. The bathroom did not have a window. The breakfast was not very good and could really be improved.

This house is so lovely in every way. Rooms and bathrooms are a great size, very clean and it is a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the breakfast and how accommodating and lovely the lady who checked us in was.

Everything was great, the only thing would be the linen. The towels, bath mat and sheets were well worn and quite thread bare and smelt like mildew - like they had been sitting wet in a washing machine for too long before drying.

Top floor -- Beautiful room under the eaves with an outdoor balcony overlooking the city rooftops; fresh air. Nice breakfast served each morning, good location near the main tourism area of old town, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Just be careful not to bump your head on the rafters (I am tall). There are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor with your luggage.
