Everything except the new cleaning product : )

A new cleaning product they were using (as this was not my first time there) and it was horribly intense and toxic, couldn't breath in room, had to sleep with sliding doors wide open in winter and still smelt intensilly in morning. Extremely friendly STAFF had no solution as all rooms smelt of it but MANAGEMENT spoke to me in morning and promised to get rid of it , so you safe : ) You in good hands! It's a very well managed hotel and a great experience all round every time!!!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is older and dated. We expected this, it was adequate but a folding luggage table in the rooms would have been nice. The carpets were soiled but the room and bathroom was spotless and towels were changed as we stayed two nights. There was a bit of street traffic noise in the mornings as the hotel is situated at the corner of a traffic intersection.

The staff were very nice and friendly, we had a walk in shower which was perfect for our stay as we were only there for 1 night. The breakfast was spot on, not too much or too little...just right and the mini Pastel de Nata were so yummy! I was even able to take my coffee back to my room. Very easy access to the Sanctuary too and it was in a pleasant and quiet side of Fatima.

Only thing was they had no iron. But it wasnt a major issue!

The stay was amazing.. Special thanks to Michael he was very helpful and graceful.. It made alot of our things easy. Also valentina was very helpful. Will recommend my friends here and my next stay will definitely be here

The Internet dropped a bit on our second day but evrything else was good

I was able to locate the hotel and ask some kids for direction because Google App was showing the wrong direction. They brought me to the hotel doorstep, and when I checked in, it was 10.30 pm, and I was very hungry.The reception staff managed to find some food and coffee for my dinner.

Have to inform reception to clean the room.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The hotel seems to be newly upgraded and is very clean. The staff was incredible, our check in was easy, and breakfast was a delicious spread every morning. Free and safe parking is a big plus, and the location is fairly central to the basilica as well as the Caminho dos Pastorinhos. Great value as well- would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fatima.

Beautiful reception and Everything except....

The room heater isn't switched on until check-in, we checked in late, it was cold and water heater took long time to heat room so was a little cold so maybe in winter it would be a good ideia to switch heaters on after sunset if there is a booking for a specific room : ) that's my suggestion.

Very nice stuff. Clean in the room, everything look nice. An old hotel with renovations, many details were left, as in old hotels, this adds charm. But lobby and restaurant looks really modern. Breakfast was good.

Not comfortable It will be good to replace the plumbing in the bathroom. Especially the shower, very inconvenient to use.

Breakfast was good -- standard English breakfast. It was not possible to have lunch/dinner at the hotel restaurant, but there were many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. There's parking for those with cars.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the receptionist speaks very good English. The room was clean, with fresh towels, TV, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is great value for 5 Euro. Overall, I had a very good experience.

The hotel is on a loud road which is a bit far to walk from the Cathedral.
