Hotel Jardim

Greate staff, they are helpful in ways they don't have to be, probably the best hotel in terms of staff. It has a good location near the center of the city great, basicly walking distance from the places that matter. And discounted Moliceiro tour tickets which are really good in terms of convinience and affordability.

Breakfeast schedule was ended too early, some food was already gone when we started breakfeast. would love for it end later on like in most other hotels which it ends around 11h. As for the breakfeast it needs to be refilled specially bacon and sausages which are popular and barely available.

1. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you'd expect in a hotel. 2. The hotel also provides discounted tickets for the Moliceiro boat rides, exclusively for its guests. 3. The girl at the reception (during our check out) was very kind, holding our luggage even after we checked out, while we explored the city. 4. The hotel is in a fairly good location - about 20 mins walk from key tourist attractions.

1. We were greeted by a rather grumpy gentleman, which was perhaps the only minor negative in an otherwise wonderful stay!

The room was Ok, but it was difficult for me to find any 'superior' elements. Breakfast was quite good. The location was very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the centre.

I got a bit cold at night because there was only a thin piquet blanket on the bed. For this time of year a quilt would be more appropriate.

A truly outstanding value. Nothing really special about the hotel, it's just that it was absolutely fine at a startlingly low price. The hotel had all the same features that I would expect in a $200/nt hotel for about $100/nt. There was even parking, a most welcome luxury in Portugal.

The breakfast was okay, not terrific.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood, but less than 10 minutes by walk to the historic area. The hotel looks modernly renovated, and also the bathroom looks entirely brand new. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed very big and very comfortable. Breakfast is served from 7:30, which fitted our needs, and it was good.

Wi-fi was a bit slow

We liked the location. A 10 minute walk to the canals and Forum Aveiro but also quiet. Hotel has free parking so we left our car there and walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and cafés available nearby. Room was clean and comfortable: perfect temperature. Bathroom was spacious with good water pressure.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room was cleaned everyday although it wasn't really necessary 😊 but very appreciated! 15 min walk and you're in the center if the city, central. There's a lot of towels, I loved that 😄

One of the mattresses was a bit caved in, I was solo so that was fine! I used the other bed. The blinds are a bit tricky to control 😅

The room was quiet, spacious and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful and recomend us tours in the city. The breakfast was ok. The hotel was about 1.2 Km from the city center. You could easily reach the old town and the canals.

Everything was ok!

Good hotel in great location, just 10 minutes walk from cathedral and museum and a few minutes further into centre. Very comfortable room with excellent bathroom and some city view. Good deal for a couple of nights.

Breakfast was sufficient, but no hot food left at 09.00a.m. although service runs until 10a.m. Friendly lady organising the area each day.

I loved everything else. Design of the place is really nice, hotel is located in quiet zone but it is possible to reach center by walking. Bedclothes was clean and bed - comfortable. Especially I loved a remote sistem of closing window and air conditioning. Wardrobe is big enough, bathroom is very nice, has bide and in general comfortable. I recommend it as a place to stay.

I asked if it is possible to leave a suitcase for a few hours before the train and got no, because there is no laggage room. I understand it but still doubt that it was not possible to find a place in whole hotel just for 4-5 hours. I call it be "not client oriented".
