We were completely delighted with the hotel: - It is located in a very picturesque place. The views from the balcony were incredible; - Nearby is great infrastructure: coffee houses, restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir shops, bus stop; - There is secure parking on the territory of the hotel; - Very spacious and clean rooms (standard). The rooms are equipped with everything you need, also in the room there are bathrobes and slippers for the spa; - Delicious breakfast (especially I fell in love with the Karpatka dessert), large selection of dishes, beautiful restaurant, pleasant service; - I also want to highlight the spa complex in the hotel, we spent 2 days there. And there is everything you need: a relaxation room, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, baths and saunas (18+), because we were without children, it was nice to be in this quiet and peaceful space. - Staff work. I would like to say a huge thanks to the guy on the reception. Quickly and in a positive way he solved our problem witj the booking* *When I was making a reservation through booking.com app (I booked 2 rooms, one for myself with my husband, the second one for my sister and her husband), it was indicated that the capacity of each room is 2 people and breakfast is included. Also, there was no option to add guests during the booking process. Only once optionally (!!!) I was proposed to add the name of the guest for the second room. That's all. The guy explained to us that all guests must be included, so they can have the breakfast, but not only the persons mentioned on reservetion. We were lucky and thanks to him for understanding. But be careful and attentive when you are booking!

The room was nice. Our room's balcony was faced to an air handling unit. The tap in the bathroom was a little bit strange. It is positive critic, I hope so. I have been in several hotels but the breakfast was among the bests in this hotel. It is a very nice building. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast hall is divided in 2 parts. The bigger one is very nice. We could get glutenfree bread. We got 2 different types of gf bread. many thanks for that. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the wellnes.

Absolutely loved staying here. Everything was above my expectation from the cleanliness to the food. Location is great, with a few restaurants close by if you fancy a change. Rooms are very clean and staff are very polite and hospitable. Great value for money. Would stay again 100%.

Just the balcony door was a bit flimsy and hard to close/open as needed. Also, the car park barrier never opened even though we paid for car park and meant we had to sort the issue at reception, which was a little frustrating.

Breakfast, room and wellness, everything was great :) staff were really nice and welcoming. They provided international plug and an umbrella when I requested, these nice little touches made the stay very comfortable.

Wellness need hooks to hang bathrobes. Babies and toddlers with nappies were allowed in Jacuzzi and main pool which I found very unhygienic. Main bar where they had live music was small and crammed for such a big resort, otherwise all good.

the fact that I asked via email for one large bed instead of 2, and got a reply saying that they will make the two bed into one and I won’t even know as they fit so well together, so comfortable …well, they were not together when we arrived and they certainly do not fit well together especially while you’re trying to have…with your partner, and the beds are splitting underneath you….great (:

The hotel is 20min walking distance from hiking trails, so very convenient for hiker. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. Pool area seemed nice, but did not have a chance to check it out ourselves. Many people staying with children since the hotel is so kid-friendly, so for traveler who are looking for come peace and quiet, probably would not recommend.

Many and I mean it MANY children everywhere.

A beautifully modern, yet stylish and very inviting hotel. Fantastic swimming pool, separate kids area, so everyone can enjoy it. Good size of the room, nice balcony. Breakfast can satisfy any preferences. But most of all reception staff extremely polite and professional. Michal, the receptionist, welcome us as long awaited guests. So even though it is huge hotel we felt very at home. All together excellent stay.

The complex is really nice. Stuff helpful but many times not trained, so everyone has different information. It is clean. Breakfast was nice.

The rooms in Grand part needs to be updated because this quite tired. The swimming pool space is not enough for such a huge complex. The walls very thin.

Balcony! Size of the room in Residency I :) Play games and animators for children were excellent! Reception staff did a great job.

I think water in the swimming pool was a tiny bit clearer the previous times I was there...
