Staff was friendly enough, let me check in hours before checkin time because I had been traveling overnight and needed the bed. Had a drying rack out for me, which I appreciated. Climate control in the rooms was nice. Beds were soft, blankets were warm. Location provides easy access to the Old Town, but beware ticket inspectors on trams and buses; they get paid on commission and have a lot of incentive to lie.
There was a miscommunication about the hotel providing laundry services to guests; if you're traveling and need to do laundry, there is a laundromat just down the street. Shower drained slowly, and the temperature was difficult to control sometimes.

Cheap and cheerful 3 star hotel. Nice room, friendly staff, good location for concert venue. Ticked all the boxes!!
Maybe a bit worn but it was fine! Good if you don’t mind travelling in Warsaw by tram but it was very easy with stops outside.

A clean, spacious double room with everything that’s needed to comfortably rest. Everything’s rather aged but still comfy.

We were impressed with how big the suite was and were very glad with the supply of water, towels, robes and other necessities. The hotel is not in the center, but it's easy to reach by tram. However, this location was ideal for us because we wanted to see a concert nearby.
