Best Western Hotel Portos

That's classics of three star hotels: big room count over 10 floors, room service and in-hotel restaurant, nothing special but clean and tidy, a bit oldschool room interior (but WiFi of course is present!) and so on. I haven't been in such a hotel for ages, and it was a pleasant and nostalgic feeling. Everything was just ok!

Could have been more in-room snacks and coffee, hygienic stuff and so on, but it's not very important really. More significant, someone from the stuff tried to enter the room just in time we were dressing up in the morning, and it could have been cringe, if not for the manual door lock. They apologized, however, it was not very ok :) we ordered nothing, so I suppose it was room cleaning who didn't realize we were inside! Hilarious

Room was cozy, clean and spacious, no noise around. Restaurant surprisingly was very good, usually you would not expect that good quality from the regular 3 star hotel restaurant. the hotel location is good as well, travel by foot to the city center is around 30-40 min, taxi 10-15 min max. Plenty of supermarkets around (Zabka, Bedronka, Lidl). Baggage room available!

Window handles partly broken. Very stupid: The light switch was exactly where the pillow and head of one bedside is which lead to involuntarily switching on the light in the middle of the night when just turning around.

Huge room with a view and ac, half between the old city and the airport, clean and efficient staff

The lifts are a bit old and it takes a bit of organization after breakfast when everyone is waiting for one. No tooth brush kit if you don't plan to bring yours.

Nice spacious room with air condition. Good but basic breakfast.

The sink in the bathroom was quite tiny... but I understand that this hotel's goal is to let you feel polish style of the 70s. Since it was a very busy time in Warsaw, the queue to check-in was long... and only 1 lady available at the reception desk, so the waiting time to check-in on that day was bit long.

It was what you would need to seek rest and comfort! Clean and everything is there.

30 minutes by bus to the city center, but if you are not in a rush that wouldn't be a problem. the 116 bus is 1 minute away from your hotel, available all the time, and gets you to the heart of the city.

Spacious rooms. Large beds. General good standard of cleanliness. Helpful staff with excellent English. Good curtains block out the light. Price very very low for a very very high standard hotel.

Carpet was stained in many places.

Clean and affordable, close to public transport.

Noise from neighbouring buildings at night, there are 3 hotels one next to another, there are people outside talking loudly at night in summer. Please note that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the hotel. This can be an issue during summer months.

The room was big, clean and comfortable (hairdryer, kettle, iron), very good.

Unfortunately, during one of the nights there was some kind of an informal celebration just outside my window. It took a while for someone to deal with that. Then again, it was just one of the three nights that I stayed there.

Friendly and very helpful staff especially Pawel and Wiktoria and staff at reception.

When the bar closed at 10pm there is no facility to sit at a table with your drink
