Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot

Everything was amazing. Service is super friendly and very nice. Food was so delicious. We thought we wouldn’t eat in the hotel but after first try we decided to eat there every day. Everything was High quality :)

Only thing that we didn’t like was kids. They were everywhere. It was a bit disturbing when you wanna have quiet, peaceful dinner in the restaurant but kids were running, screaming. Jacuzzi, swimming pool was full of kids. even though there was separate pool for kids. They were running on top of our room all the time. I woke up 2 times in the morning with kids screaming in the corridor. I would suggest to separate families with kids in different part of the hotel. besides that it would be nice to have restrictions for kids, at least jacuzzis or big swimming pool can be only for adults. or some hours at the evening can be only for adults to use swimming pool.

Comfortable and modern building within walking distance from the beach area. The a la carte restaurant was very welcoming, and the food was delicious. The pool area was more than we expected, but the spa facilities were unclear on what was included in the fee. The play area was a bonus. The reception staff were very helpful, except for one occasion where one member of staff became slightly arrogant, and I had no choice but to email the hotel to fix the issue I expressed at the reception. The issue has been dealt with within moments of emailing.

I was not aware that animals were allowed in the hotel. The lifts and corridors were smelling of dogs, and there was sick from an animal on the carpet that took more than 24 hours to clean. The chef's dinner was definitely not to try choice, and I wish we were told more details on it as we expected much more due to the way it was promoted by the reception staff. The money paid for that evening has been refunded as clearly there was a misunderstanding and we continued eating in the main restaurant after that incident. The lower ground floor is very spacious, and some of the bar could have moved into that space, as the upstairs felt a bit crowded, and the lower floor had plenty of empty space to entertain.

I liked the atmosphere, the room, the breakfast, the spa and pool area.

From our balcony We saw a little girl balancing on the roof of the pool. I ran down to the ground floor, but luckily she had returned to a safe place. It seemed that she had been in the childrens playroom and gone out through an open door that led to the roof. I asked the receptionist to keep this door locked. Unfortunately there were some problems with electricity, so spa was not available one of the days. It would have been nice with a little more comfortable furniture on the balcony.

A very new high quality hotel. Great rooms. Near the sea. Dogfrendly! With the best breakfast selection we've ever seen. And there was room for everyone at breakfast and all the food was there all the time.

Why is smoking not allowed on the large balconies? This kind of smoking in front of the house around a one trash can is very bad. A dog-friendly hotel could have its own dog-walking garden. And a sauna. You could still go to the sauna in swimwear. In Estonia, where there are dozens of SPAs, everyone is in swimwear. And the entire swimming pool/SPA complex is not suitable for older people with mobility problems.

The hotel itself had a very beachy vibe. It is a little way out of town (so a bit of a walk, bus or drive). Had everything you would expect of such a hotel The pool was beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous, and very quiet when we were there. The pool building was truly lovely. Loved it. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We found ourselves eating there a lot. Great service too. Breakfast was also very good, with all you possible want or need.

Guests could only use the pool for a hour a day. This wasn't made clear until you had actually booked it. Also an hour just wasn't long enough to swim and relax. I probably would have picked a different hotel (with a pool) had I know this.

Perfect location - 2-miute-walk from the beach, peaceful area. Very good breakfast, great selection of sweet and savoury products. Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed. Very good SPA treatments.

Kids jumping and playing ball in the swimming pool - making it almost impossible to swim.

I would say that this is that case when I don’t have any negative feedback. Worth mentioning wonderful a la carte restaurant, steak and aviation cocktail were amazing. The overall condition of hotel is great. Breakfast was very rich and the quality of products was great. Basically nothing negative. Oh, and spa. Spa was good, personal were friendly, and rooms were in good condition as well.

Oh, price, maybe? Not sure though. Since everything was wonderful, I would say that price is well worth the services.

Great breakfast ! I am a seasoned traveller but never saw so many options served in a buffet style by a helpful and friendly staff . State of art hotel facilities. Great outdoor gardens and little green closures - the sound of grasshoppers at night was one of the things I will never forget from the hotel stay ....Great outdoor jacuzzi pools. Great restaurant ! Excellent hotel - probably one of best if not THE BEST in town .

Soundproofing of the rooms - too many children running down the corridors late in the evening ...Outdoor jacuzzi water a bit too warm for my liking , but maybe it's just me :)

The whole package was brilliant! Location, professional staff, facilities for the adults and children, a good quality food served at the hotel restaurant and during breakfast! My 5 yrs old daughter loved the swimming pool, the outside playground including a pirate ship and outdoor gym. A nearby playground at the farthest end of the hotel was a cherry on the cake for her! 😀

I am a great fan of a quality wine and I was looking forward to enjoying a nice chilled glass of wine during my stay, particularly the wine originated from New Zealand and Australia. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the wine menu offered at the hotel. I discovered that the wine on offer in both the restaurant and the bar was from the French vineyard the hotel befriended. It might be ok for some, but I do believe a wider variety should be available as some customers might not be fans of these particular wines. The broader selection is definitely a step forward which means more happy returning customers!

New, stylish hotel. Everything was great. The meal for breakfasts and in the restaurant is fantastic. Thanks to Paulina, Tatsiana and the rest from the restaurant team for making our meals so pleasant and cosy.

2 times I woke up in the night (3-4am) because there were loud noises from somewhere upstairs, like moving the furniture. Maybe it was housekeeping. Calling the reception helped. But it was kind of weird.
