Quiet but convenient location. Spacious room with sitting area and small kitchen. Reception services are very helpful and attentive. Helped to solve various issues, I.e. register your SMART SIM card. Small family shop across offers reasonable priced bottles of cold beer open late at night. 6 Brothers open air restaurant nearby offers local food and 🍺, tasty and cheap.

Due to COVID, they closed the Cafe. But would be handy to offer drinks (+ beer)! For Philippines other than Manila seems to discourage alcoholic sales everywhere?! Takes a little of effort to locate this Water of Life. Meanwhile, hotel offers takeaways to dine in your room. But it's appointed restaurant 8.88 was okay at the beginning, but standards fell sharply later, either wrong timing or dish never ordered!

I love this property because of the following: 1. only a few blocks away from Calle Crisólogo. 2. Our family 6 adults can stay in one apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small kitchenette (we only used it because our breakfast were delivered to our room) 3. Wide selection of breakfast meal from Filipino to American to traditional Ilocano breakfast. I recommend the danggit (dried fish) and their hot cacao drink. 4. The staffs are courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. 5. The place is clean.

The breakfast was good and the location was okay. I wish it was closer to Calle Crisologo. The walk to Calle was a little scary because the street was kind of dark. My cousins were very happy with the room because everything was complete like the amenities. Thank you so much!

The curtains in the shower kept coming off and it was too short as well, water splashes outside while taking shower. And one more thing the shower was kind of hard to figure out which tab was the hot water.

The location of the hotel is ideal, it is walking distance to Calle Crisologo. The front desk staff were very helpful in showing us where to go and what places were interesting. I like it that breakfast is served in the room at the time you want it served, Room layout is quite nice, you can close off the bedroom area with the sliding door, so someone can watch TV without disturbing the other person. Donna and Princess, their receptionist arranged our "pasalubongs" on the day we are leaving making sure we have everything we needed. I give it a 5 star for their service.

i like that the rooms were big and could really fir our preference for a family room with complete basic amenities inside.

The room is not thoroughly clean, bath towels were already old and not as you would expect for a high end accommodation.

The room was spacious and clean and the bellboy was great. He was very quick to any of our requests.

The sink and the shower drain, drained the water very slow and the toilet water was very filling up. So, flushing back to back is not an option I had to wait five minutes after each flush otherwise it gets clogged up. Lastly every day there's someone new at the front desk and everyone of them has different rules about our free breakfast. Other than that everything thing else was good.

We had a great time. Rested well after a long trip . Staffs were very accommodating and full of smiles. Room is excellent and the kitchen as well. Location is also great . Easy to locate. With maps to easily explore

Everything from the facility, staff and locatuon location. My kids and I had the best sleep ever. The bed was so comfortable. It's also within the walking distance to calle crisologo which is the main tourist attraction. Overall it was great! Would highly recommend it.

The water leaks from the shower to the toilet bowl maybe because of the design but not a big deal

breakfast is including and send to the room, inside the room is provide many towel and very clean

hope breakfast yogurt can change to original flavor

All staff were friendly and helpful specially the concierge guy and the reception staff. Rooms are clean and very spacious. It's is just a walking distance to the tourists attractions. Definitely we will recommend to our friends who would like to visit Vigan.
