Pillows Hotel Cebu

The room was a very nice size. The bed was large and comfy. My breakfast was brought to me every morning on time (if not early). The food was hot and fresh. I even took the time to compliment the ladies in the cafe because everything tasted so good. All of the staff were very nice and supportive.

The only 2 complaints I would share is that I had some problems for about 24 hours with the internet on the 3rd-floor dropping. I could walk out my door, sit on the steps going down, and connect easily. I am not sure if it was a router problem or what. My understanding from the staff is that they are updating some things with their internet wifi in the hotel. My 2nd problem is that I never knew from day to day if my water would be hot for my shower. Sometimes it would be great and other times it would be cool.

I like the location. We were searching for a stay since there's a sudden need to be near with Cebu Doctors Medical. The place is near and can be walked. The staff are friendly and greet you with smile. Very hospitable I would say. I like the idea of having drinking water dispenser in the floor, very convenient. I appreciated and witnessed that the staff prayed before the start of their meeting.

The wifi signal is poor even they tried to use wifi extender, it worked only for a moment. They have no double bed, they have to join 2 twin beds for me and my wife to stay and there's lights and switches in between. I saw small cockroach (kitchen) which the staff tried to remove/eradicate using bare hands. There are times it is hard to get a taxi. They have small/tight dinning area.

Its very spacious, the location is ideal for everything like shopping, work, school, and etc. because its in the center of Cebu.

Just a small details like the breakfast menu, very small option for the Muslims and/or the non-pork eaters. Maybe they should widen their breakfast menu. Cebu City produces the best danggit, pusit and other dried fish but its not part of their menu.

The room was big and had a balcony where we hanged out wet clothes coz we went swimming. The location is near everything which is great.

The TV was too small for the room and the internet was not connecting.

Room was bigger than I expected after seeing the pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good.

Breakfast was only available for room service. For my family and I it wasn't a problem, but maybe other guests would prefer eating in dinning room. Also few more breakfast options would be useful when staying longer time.

Aside from being a hospitable and accommodating staff, the place particularly our room is i could say its elegant and clean.

Well during our stay the telephone is unserviceable, shower hot/cold not functioning well and serviceable glass is plastic...

They provide free hot and cold water. Plus the staffs are very accommodating and hospitable. My family and I feel so welcome. It's just in the heart of the city, we love it.

I can't think of any. Everything was perfect!

Have visited a number of times over last 5 years. like the place a lot and it’s great value in a central location. staff also very good.

had to rent a hairdryer which they used to have in the room. pity restaurant not open in the evening yet.

room was perfect safe etc. breakfast was good once you had a chat with the staff ha ha. keeps you going for a few hours. bed was big and comfortable. not much more i can say.

Its clean. comfortable and good mannered staff.

the tv remote ddnt function well and the light in our room is kind of dim but its ok at the same time though they should have one main light that could light up the whole room too.
