The accommodations of the staff when I wanted to I upgrade my room. My group and I traveled in for my wedding and we booked the van service from the airport to the hotel. Our rooms were readily available upon early arrival. They services were on time and even took my group back to the airport on time. I also appreciate being able to make credit card payments through PHP pesos and U.S. dollars. This is a great hotel.

Good and very fast wifi. The staff was accommodating to our requests. Room was very cold.

We requested a pillow during our first night but pillows are no longer available. However, there were pillows available on the second night. Drinking water is not for free although they will give you a 250ml bottle of water for free per day.

I like the Bed the most, very comfortable. The elevator is not that difficult to press using the room card. the design is very refreshing, and the lights is not difficult to switch off because of the Shortcut buttons.

Maybe you can hear people talking outside the Room. not that really Isolate about noise.

Our executive room on the 15th floor was brilliant, beautiful views of Cagayan de Oro, the mountains and the bay. Definitely would book again.

Rooftop restaurant is only open Thursday to Sunday, We were overcharged on the restaurant bill however it was politely rectified.

The room was good and location was good. There was a fiesta during our stay so the local goverment shut down the Interent and there was no availabe interent or using of electronic payment, Credit card or other forms of payment only CASH.

Very nice hotel, staff was terrific, they supplied us with 2 complimentary bottles of water.

My bedsheets had burn holes in them, and the sink was dirty.. I spotted a broken electric box on top of the closet, I thought it was odd so I looked closer for bare wires, I noticed it was very dusty, like it hadn't been dusted in years.

Location was convenient and has easy access to malls. View is great and staff always helpful. wifi is good. Though not perfect, overall stay was good.

The parking spot not attractive. Check in took time but not that much to complain about. The floor was not thoroughly clean in the room still had dust not comfortable to walk barefoot.

they need a full time maintenance man/dept. we had to change room because of a broken shower, the next room had a leaky hose in the CR and the toilet paper holder was loose. all very minor things, but they start to add up.

That there are toiletries.

The staff is not accomodating. The food at the breakfast buffet is not so good for the price. The windows which are supposed to be important room-wise, has never been cleaned since the hotel's construction it seemed.

Personal was amazing! Clean place. Close to centrum;) We really enjoyed;)

It will be nice to implement some europien breakfast;)
