Holiday Inn & Suites Port Moresby, an IHG Hotel

The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in for 2 weeks was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The room service staff always delivered our orders with a smile on their face. The room was cleaned and sheets changed when requested.

The aircon did not work for the first 3 nights of our stay and were transferred to a different suite. The house keeping staff didn't always replace the dirty towels they took out of the room and I had to remind them four times during our 2 weeks stay. Beds were made however it did not appear that the carpet was vacuumed. The cleaning seemed rush on some days as they did not put the towels before we got back to the room and did not leave complimentary water and toilet paper on a few days.

It was nice. Enjoyed the big space.

I don't like being put in a room that has a door to another room, although locked, you can hear conversation and noises from the other room. If I was travelling for leisure or with a group,, that would have been ok, but for work or business is just not good. Too many disturbances and you can't concentrate on your work sometimes, especially when you are working late into the night. All in all, it was generally good. Thanks again for having me. I appreciate it.

I appreciate always the nice clean linen. Also the sustainability efforts of the hotel. The food is generally good and the staff are hardworking and friendly. The only hiccup this time was the unavailability of wifi in the rooom.

The tap for the tab tub was not working, so I couldn't use it, and the aircon was a bit warm during the day. There should have been a powerpoint next to the bed for charging purposes.

The experience was excellent! very friendly and helpful staff and we felt free to use facilities as required.

The bed was small for our family, but that's an option we can select when next staying here.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could choose what I wanted and had to pay a little extra to do that. Port Moresby is a tough place and I felt safe the whole time I was in the Holiday Inn grounds.

Check in process took too long! Almost 20 minutes to check in. Also had pre arranged to hotel shuttle to pick up from airport but still ended waiting 30 minutes for the vehicle to arrive.

The toilet kept getting blocked. Must be the way it's designed. Not sure but generally, loved the service.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room standard, set up and everything was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The restaurant at the Express was closed. It would have been nice if it was open for convenience.

The rooms were clean and we appreciated the hospitality and courtesy of the staff.

The single bed didn't have a quilt but a thin sheet and couldn't cater for the cold room.
