Hotel Premier Inn Gulberg

The rooms are average, bathrooms are small and of old conventional styles, the good thing was hot water for 24 hours....if you get room in basement then only ufone 2g signals are good all other network are problematic...breakfast was typical,but not complimentary for all. Water bottle are to be charged at 100 per bottle but interestingly those were refilled from their own dispenser with open seals... highlighted this point and they said we can make it complimentary for you....so always check seal of the bottle in room mini bar.location is very good as main market is just 1km from hotel with good food options... Mr mohsan at reception was very supportive and professional guy...

WiFi was very poor... Staff need to be trained properly...

110% safe n secure hotel with all the amenities you might need during a stay... They don't let you feel that you're out of your home. Everything was clean. MINI bar facility in every room. When you order something to eat from outside, they serve you in a very very professional way in you room.. Furniture was noise free.. I have stayed in all of PREMIER INN HOTELS in lahore... They really know how to keep their guests safe and comfortable.. Thanx aloot

Is this the best hotel in lahore? 100% yes So impressed with each and everything this location was to offer from reception, housekeeping, staff ambience , room facilities and coperation. Hotel premier inn Deserves all the acclodes and praises to provide top notch level services at such affordable and reasonable prices. You have my 10/10 ratings.

There was nothing to be of no liking at all. But for the sake of improvement. Smart LED that supports wifi must be installed .

Premier inn hotel gulberg offers great level of comfort and services. Staff is so polite kind courteous and mannered towards the guests. It never compromises on such high standards that supercedes it then any other hotel in vicinity of gulberg and liberty. All i can say its a luxury you can afford

Location good ,rooms size and bed is very comfortable safe indoor parking ,hot water and inventer rooms , receptionist very helpful 24 hours quick service safe for families and overseas guests , I just love it 💕 special thanks for hote management it was a pleasure vist of Lahore

Every aspect was just exquisite. The moment we entered till we left. Everythingg was perfect. Premier inn do know the meaning of hospitality and ambience. Thats for sure next time we visit lahore thats our go to hotel

Really there was nothing i didnt like but for the sake of review i will write something. On top of my head, the staff kitchen was very close to the suite and they got loud for sometimes. But thats okay . They were working to provide room services.

Home away from home I am amazed by the hospitality and services they provide. Hotel manager Mohsin bhai is so humble dedicated and professional person . He knows how to greet guests. Everything was exquisite. In summary perfection

The place was absolutely stunning, and the management helped us out wherever possible. The room service even offered to make us Coffee at 3am because the shops were closed. A wonderful experience over all.
