I was given the impression in the booking that the hotel would provide a parking space, but when I got there, there where no spaces available. Luckily they where able to give me directions to a public parking facility and it worked out fine. Although I only stayed there two nights, I did miss that there were no drawers or cupboards for clothing. If I had stayed for a longer stay, this would have been an inconvienience. Also I did notice the lack of hoocks in the bathroom. But if you are only staying for a day or two, this hotel is wonderful. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention the location, in the middle of the town. All in all a very good stay for me and my sister.

The lack of drawers and cupboards. And as my sister is a vegan, it would have been nice to not have to ask for vegan alternatives at the breakfast buffet. In this day and age, I believe the vegan alternatives need to be served like any other dish in the breakfast buffe.

The room was very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Very central location. The breakfast is quite reach in terms of selection and will get you going for the day. If you need parking and don't mind walking a bit, you could use Gyldengården P-Hus which is a bit further away but cheaper than Torvet Parkeringhus which hotel would suggest you.

I think the ventilation was making a bit too much noise but since I always use earplugs in hotels, that wasn't an issue for me.

We were taking a ferry to the Netherlands and arriving from Stavanger by train. Station and kai were super close by and reachable by walking (10 min or even less). The room is super nice, quiet, clean, and is similar to what is presented on the pictures. The beds were comfortable and sleeping was nice, no squeking sounds. We had a quiet room with view on the street but main street is a bit distant so there was no problem with noises from outside. The design of hotel is super nice, and beautiful touch with the key-toy-gun to the luggage room (it was one of the funniest prop I have ever seen!). There is a coffee machine in the room and coffee (maybe some tea bags would be nice too, ours did not have that). The main street is just few m away and it has amazing bars and food restaurants.

The crowded breakfast with barely any place to sit so we had to get food in the lobby sofas, after waiting for 15 minutes (around 9 am, so maybe less people earlier). We had quite a scare that booking system said that the latest check-in time ends at 20.00 (or 21.00) while the hotel is claiming to be 24/7 which made us run (as our train was delayed) -> but the stuff said they indeed work whole night.

Nice hotel in the center in KRS. Small, but clean rooms. The overall stay was positive. Very nice and yummy breakfast.

Only my body was not that happy with the temperature of maybe 19-20 degrees in the room and it was already the possible maximum. A topic what other people like, for me a bit too less. But again, overall a good experience for a 1-night business trip.

Nice hotel, good location in the city center, parking is not so far from the hotel, very clean rooms and the restaurant is good. Nice breakfast. Personnel is very welcoming and helpful.

Price of the parking but finally it is everywhere the case if you park your car in Norway, the hotel cannot really do something I suppose.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and bathrooms, spotlessly clean and modern. Brilliant location for ferries and walking around town.

Quite small rooms. Didn't find beds very comfortable - very soft mattress and pillows, with an awkward ledge in the headboard area, right where your head is when sitting up.

Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast, nice dinner, great location, clean and comfortable. Very modern facilities! Loved it.

Mattress was crazy soft and also my view was very limited (weird dark back alley, couldn’t even see the sky). But overall didn’t really mind it that much.

Nothing in particular. Rooms were not ready until 2 pm but that's the policy... communication at check in wasn't as smooth as in other check in experiences due to translation issues but we understand this is a little town with less international exposure.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I want one just like it at home. The breakfast buffet was expansive and well prepared. And the hotel is in the perfect location for seeing the city

The hotel is in the center, you can reach restaurant by walking distance. Very nice and fancy and huge entrance, the room was super clean, big. The bed was really confortable and the room is really sound proof which is perfect regarding the location. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Really nice staff in the breakfast room

I came with a veteran car that I love and asked about parking the car in front of the hotel. The receptionist said that the rules just changed and she was not aware about the conditions and I should read on the automat 😳 I speak Norwegian but with my accent it s easy to know that I m not Norwegian and it s always tricky for me (several bad experiences) to understand correctly the stationnent panel in this country. So I asked for the private parking of the hotel, which cost me 250kr for the night (😱😱) and was actually a place in a interior courtyard, without a roof 😳🙄. Not exactly what I expected for this price and this kind of hotel.
