the size of the room was perfect and the bed was super comfy

The sign on the bar door said it was open til late and I 100% understand not being busy and shutting early due to this but my partner and I came back about 8.30pm to go and have some drinks and games of pool only to find the doors locked. The staff member came out and said they were shutting. I think it would have been nice to have some forewarning as we had come back to the hotel early specifically to hang out in the bar.

The room was as booked and had all amenities one will need. The extra seating area was nice to have as well as the separation between sleeping and living. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and the location was out of town and quiet

On check in the reception was closed and we had to ring the check in number that staff would attend.

Nice big room, comfy bed, load sof tv channels. Easy 5 minute drive to town centre

No hot water on morning of our check out. It could not be fixed so we had to wait for another room to be cleaned so we could shower. Annoying as wanted to be off and on the road. Reception did keep us updated whilst they were trying to get it sorted though

Very modern designed with a great coffee machine which was very looked forward to through the drive. Could have provided a little more coffee pods but was super satisfied with the coffee machine. Glad to have fresh milk from the bar instead of long life milk as well. Good sized room, comfortable pillows and bed, with very strong showers. Good quality hand lotion provided. Wifi was good. Very satisfied about our stay.

Television was a little on the higher end of the wall that made neck sore while watching, would be perfect on eye level. To be petty, only a few facilities could be even better like flusher in the toilet and kitchen utensils.

The Hotel is great, the staff at the hotel are fantastic!

I only wish service was a little faster at the bar side of things I waited 15 min and walked out because two people had to battle fixing a an error on the bill of another client and the 4 other staff I assume were looking after the two tables present in the establishment. The kitchen was closed at 8:45 on a Saturday night and the gaming lounge closed at 9, in a little town with not much to do at night it leaves television as ones only option... I am not much for television but I finally found something to watch only to see that the Chanel was not available, if television is my only option would be nice to have the facilities to rent or buy a movie ? or log into my own Netflix or prime account...

The size of the room was huge. Bed was so comfortable. Peace and quiet in my unit - lovely.

I was so upset that I didn't know how to use the coffee machine. Too tired and a bit embarrassed to call them. Caffeine probs would have kept me awake and desp. needing sleep so wasn't a bad thing really.

Rubbish left from previous people and the lady at office was extremely rude as booking.com made a mistake and over booked the motel and she had a go at me about it. Was not impressed at all luckily the room was great made up for abit of it

The room was absolutely amazing! Location was great and everything in the room was top notch. Yes there was a small issue but all in all it was a great stay :)

The toilet seat was broken, I went down to notify the reception desk twice but both times I had to wait for a while despite ringing the bell. No one showed up so I notified staff on checkout

large apartment size room, double glazed and warm. close to supermarket, with full kitchen.

chairs in the dining room were very noisy and could hear next door’s chairs too. electric blankets were narrow singles in a king bed.

The manager was really helpfu!!!!l. As the booking person did not cover what was required.!!!!! We requested two single beds unit. We were given a double bed.!!!! Which nesitated the manager to makeup a fold out bed.. she was not happy, !!!!!! we were not happy!!!!. Through the fault of your office.. we were two older ladies requiring single beds.
