Suitehotel Pincoffs

We had a very beautiful Suite facing the river. It was very spacious and the room height was amazingly high. Bathroom was clean and spacious (never seen the shower head so high in my life :) The hotel has an old charm and is very well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and service attentive. Over all our stay was really good in this hotel and we would certainly consider this hotel for our next visit in Rotterdam.

The minor thing that happened in the reception when we arrived was that they took our credit card in the back room, which is not acceptable any more. We told the reception about this when leaving and think they understood us. The other thing was that there was a cocktail menu, but not ingredients for making a cocktail on the list. Also one extra beer, which we didn’t ordered, was delivered (hopefully but accident) and charged to us.

The team creates a very pleasant atmosphere, with a real desire to be friendly and helpful to customers. The setting is original, and the location makes it relatively easy to visit Rotterdam. I recommend it

The point for improvement, not criticism, is breakfast. The great desire to serve the customer is detrimental to fluidity, make it simpler and you'll reach your objective.

We choose hotel based on location (wanted on other side of river, but close to city center) - so location was perfect for us. The staff was just excellent - very welcoming, ready to help anytime, provided us with early breakfast when we needed, just awesome. Room was fancy with great comfort. We used hotels bikes to go around city.

I just cant stand polyester blankets (to hot with and to cold without blanket). More and more hotels have natural type of bed linen, so I hope they will change it too (or at least by request). Maybe some things in hotel are a bit outworn (but not a big thing for us).

Beautiful and interesting old building that has been expertly crafted into comfortable suites. We had a rooftop room which was amazing; spacious with lots of nice touches. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and the breakfast was fantastic. Our only regret was that we were only in Rotterdam for one night! Good location for the centre and the river.

Couldn’t pick a fault

Loved the beautiful and spacious room/bathroom! Staff was very nice.

It was a little too far from things for a tourist. I walk a lot so I thought an 8-10 minute walk from the metro/buses didn't seem too bad when booking but, in reality --with very windy, chilly days in spring, some rain etc, I would probably pick another hotel closer to sites/bridges/restaurants.

Strategically located in the heart of Rotterdam, this family owned boutique hotel is a real gem. It was wonderfully refurbished with a great taste and effort but it has an interesting story as well, being the place where Mr. Pincoff had his office and his vault. The rooms are voluminous and very luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dank u!

Hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance of the Rotterdam Port and train stations. The staff was wonderful and the food for breakfast was outstanding. The Suite was larger than expected with two separate rooms - one made up for our kiddo. The master bath was luxurious after a red eye from Atlanta to Amsterdam. Would definitely stay again!

The building and room is stunning and the staff is very friendly and happy to tell about the history of the hotel / building.

The price of the hotel is not cheap. The suite we booked had no unobstructed view. 40 euro for 1,5 later check-out is too high and we didn’t go for the breakfast (also about 40 euro per person).

Very nice interiors of the hotel and the room, great service and very kind staff. Location was convenient for the purpose of our trip as there were some nice restaurants nearby without the buzz of the city centre

The breakfast was not very good as although there seemed to be a lot of choices, the hotel was out of some things on the display and the menu (e.g. peanut butter, some jams and juices)

great team and excellent location going a feel of the real Rotterdam .a little out of center of the city but easy Uber access.

stair access to mezzanine bathroom for the less mobile may not be suitable , but otherwise made the room feel spacious .
