Location - great. Breakfast - excellent. Room - ok. The hotel has a charming roof terrace overlooking the Koutoubia mosque. Lunch there was fine and it was a nice place to have a glass of wine and watch the world go by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to the centre of the Plaza Jemaa Al Fna - a couple of minutes.
Would have liked a balcony or at least a nice view, but window opened onto an inner courtyard.

just when I arrived the staff hold me more then 30 minutes he tell me we don’t see your payment I give him 400 I tell him I am until you see the payment I show him my bank and email confirm payment anyway what make me angry because I don’t book is there I book from Booking.com and they show me very stink room but I refuse it I tell him I don’t pay for that after they know I am angry I tell them is ok I will but everything in review now I leave that comment to no one have that experience the restaurant staff is very nice service and good breakfast

The location was perfect, and a couple of minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna. The bedroom was extremely spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was great.
I was never quite sure if the people on the reception actually had anything to do with the hotel or were part of the travel agency that also used the space.

The whole city has problem with pollution- black dust. That was also oresent in the hotel.

The staff was so lovely and professional especially at the reception Abderrazak who provided me with all the necessary info to have a wonderful tour in the Medina. I can't thank him enough. Also the Room was very clean and comfortable.

I'm quite happy with my choice - the main positive is the location, easy to find which is rare in the city! Breakfast was good on the terrace with a view. Wifi was good, staff were friendly. I booked online with a good price.
