Atlas Amadil Beach Hotel

Warm comfortable stay, good shower and bathroom. Good bed, good breakfast. Parking on site also good. There was a shower outside to wash feet before coming back from the beach.

Wifi was a bit erratic. At 10pm there was a lot of noise coming from someone singing in the atrium. Starting to be dated a bit, AC very loud. Staff was pushy and tried to charge us twice for city tax, upon check in AND check out. Heated pool was paid, 120 MAD per person per hour.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. We got upgraded for honeymoon which was great. The hotel was better than the photos.

The glass lift was unreliable and the breakfast not great for coeliac. Would have liked a bath too. Didn't know you had to pay to use the pool in the thermal area Surprised it wasn't included in the price of getting a treatment as the treatment was expensive.

First of all let me tell you that the photo of the hotel are reflecting 100% what we found there. I went to Amadil Beach with my friend (both in our 40s) for a sun break from the cold winter. We booked (Bed and Breakfast option) this hotel because it's on the beach front and it also has a superb SPA and a lovely swimming pool that, now we can confirm, gets the sun all day long. The staff is absolutely lovely and professional, very attentive and customer oriented as guest would expect, starting from the check in at our late night arrival to the check out and the Guest Office that printed our boarding pass resolving some issues and dealing with stressed out customers. The entertainment staff at the swimming pool and at the bar in the evening, has been absolutely fantastic (thank you Felix, Soso, Ismael and all the rest of the Team) nice music, nice activities and a very welcoming attitude made our stay remarkable. - We booked a see view room that gave us the opportunity to enjoy amazing sunsets and we've been lucky enough to enjoy the March full moon. The room was spotless, the bathroom has a very good shower with great water pressure and the beds are super-comfortable. The hotel is very easy to go through and the decor is terrific :) - Breakfast available from 7 to 10am has a good variety offer and we were happy to be able to have a choice. (I would add some more fruit as an option and I would keep it open until 10.30) - We had enjoy the hot water pool at the SPA, and a relaxing massage. Again everything very clean and the staff was very nice and the environment is very relaxing. - We had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant inside the hotel that served us very nice food and wine and then we had few drinks at the bars, the one at the swimming pool and the one on the beach front. Staff was amazingly nice and we really had good time. Wi-Fi was good throughout our stay but it could be improved. We will be back :)

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, very easy to navigate back to from any direction even if you don't have access to wifi or data for google maps. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view from our room and the beachfront side of the hotel is amazing

The rooms are not soundproof at all we could hear people in the room next to us on their phone as clear as day, people in the halls talking and even the entertainment down by the bar. In our bathroom there was a tiled wall separating the toilet from the shower and on one of the sides the tiles were not cut flush or finished properly causing me to cut open my foot at the bottom of the wall and scrape my arm higher up Some staff were very nice and helpful while others were quite rude if you didn't have an all inclusive wristband.

Very good hotel, booked it just because of the sea view. I would compare it with Holiday Inn, good standard but not luxury. However for Morocco that I had chance to see, this is a real luxury.Comfortable bed, agreeable temperature in the room AND bathroom, no noise from AC. This is definitely not normal in Morocco. The breakfast was good, a lot of options, nice view of the sea.

The communication in the beginning was weird, but in the end I got double room instead of twin so all good. Also a guy downstairs said taxi to the airport was 200 dirhams, but then driver asked 220. This is typical in Morocco, but the hotel should have higher standards.

Very good location, great beach. Very good local restaurant inside hotel. Tagine beef was excellent. Animation for kids. Parking for cars. Agadir is dynamic growing city. You can take a nice trip by cable car to the top of the fortress. A bit from the hotel but nice views

The hotel needs renovation. all the lights didn't work and one of them couldn't be turned off. Poor quality of services (cleaning rooms, refilling towels and water - was insufficient). Pool side rooms are not quiet. You can hear music and smell the smells of the kitchen all day long. You cannot pay by card in the restaurant within the hotel!

The hotel was amazing. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the water slides. The staff are very helpful and the entertainment team was so good. The team did their best to entertain the kids and even encouraged the parents to join. The team at the pool was very good - They made every effort to keep the children safe. One of the lifeguards even injured himself to save a child who was in difficulty in the water. As a parent, I felt safe to leave my kids under their supervision. Food at the hotel was great too

I think the mattress could be upgraded...

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it’s very clean and in a very good location!

The only minor remark that we had was that the staff could’ve been a bit more helpful and organised. They asked us to pay a fee at check out which we had already paid at check in.

Facility was great, food was spectacular lots of options and the staff were very friendly especially the kind lady in the reception named hanane who helped us through the whole trip

I would like to say that the staff in the hotel was extremely lovely, we where treated like family. Especially Soukaina who has been extremely accommodating since the start. We booked a family room with garden view but as it was my eldest daughters birthday that week and she wanted a beach view, we requested a beach view and they upgraded one of the best seaview room. Soukaina and her manager Soaud arranged a surprise birthday treat for my eldest daughter in the poolside area and it was soo nice as it was announced with the mike and all the guest joined in, my daughter was soo surprised and happy. The animation team has made it soo special, Samar, Abdel, Oking, Sabah, Betty they where sooo nice and friendly. They have made our stay very special. I can’t say enough about them as the hospitality was above expectation, this hotel had the best staff accept 1 which I won’t mention but everyone was extremely nice. Hiba (from guest relation) has been sooo helpful, kept coming to us to see if we where ok or needed anything. Fatima (from reception) has been soo helpful and always there to help. On the day we where leaving We where supposed to check out at 12 but Fatima let us stay in the same room till 1pm as our flight was at 7pm, she offered us to stay in a room till 5pm, we where happy to check out at 1pm as that’s how long we needed. We where at the poolside till we leave, Hiba was with us till the end, the animation team really loved my little girl and they really wanted to stay as they loved them all soo much. Our goodbye from the hotel staff made us sad as they where very upset (and most of our guest) because we where leaving. Special thanks to Soukaina, she was off on the day we where leaving, she called us especially to say her goodbye and if we still needed anything which she can arrange for us, we where overwhelmed by her hospitality, leaving the hotel felt like we where leaving family behind 😔 Great hotel, will definitely come back 👍🏼
