Aria Hotel Chisinau

The staff were exceptionally courteous and eager to assist. Our accommodation, even after midnight, was seamlessly handled by the administrator who efficiently addressed all our inquiries and fulfilled our extra needs, such as additional pillows and blankets for the children, as well as extra drinking water.

The room was clean and well-prepared, though it was evident that the hotel wasn't brand new and could use some renovations in places. Nevertheless, it remains a good choice. There was no complimentary water in the room, prompting us to request some from the administrator. Additionally, the room slippers provided were too small, even for a 12-year-old child.

Clean room, nice restaurant onsite, friendly understanding staff (almost all of the staff except of one person). Free parking. lots of restaurants nearby. not far from botanic garden and lake (and almost all the embassies) - you can reach them by feet in 30 mins

- no soundproofing - you can hear everything from the rooms around you - floor in the bathroom is very slippery especially with water that spills from the shower - breakfast was not always fresh and missed water, juice and sometimes even hot water - left my new converse here, returned month after but nobody returned them to me

Very nice and stylish hotel with a suitable location and possibility to park safely. Very comfortable rooms! Very hospitable staff! Great breakfast! Pleasant decoration! In the neighborhood you can find shops, pharmacies and cafes.

Some problems with internet connection, but they tried to solve the issue asap.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is not that far from the city centre which can be reached on foot or by public transport.

We were given a room near the elevator and we could hear the noise of the engine and we could feel the vibrations.

I love the vibe, service and kind staff, and the food was just perfect value for money and great quality

In general all was great, I think they should have late room service and more extended kitchen services till late night but that's more easy said then done I understand but no complaints

Had a wonderful time at the Aria hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel :-)

The AC wasn't working at first and they knew about it even if they had more rooms at first we asked for a replacement and they offered to fix the AC while i wasn't in the room.I asked for a room switch a second time and they accepted . The restaurant next to the hotel has a very loud music outside that was disturbing our sleep.

The room was very clean, staff were so professional and the vibe was amazing! and the food in the restaurant was so delicious..

Staff was ok, the hotel was clean.

Old furnitue, the air conditioning was poor or not functioning at all (room changed), fridge in the room was broken, but it was changed immediately.
