Holiday Inn Express Guaymas, an IHG Hotel

Have stayed here several times. Have always been pleased with this hotel. We carry electric bikes on our car and always feel they are safe at this hotel. There always seems to be security staff around.

For some reason, this year, the breakfast wasn't as good. The one staff member who was there worked hard but there didn't seem to be the variety of choices. it may have been because there was a graduation taking place the night before so it was quite busy?

Confy beds,good location,clean room,good water shower pressure with hot water,secure parking lot,ice machine.

I did not like that hotel does not provide microwave and little fridge in the room,also included breakfast did not look good,I just had fruit with cereal and yogurt.They should improve the look of the dishes,be more creative.

It was more than one Pool! And the check in and check out is so quick! The hotel is right in the center of anything you might need (stores, food) and the beach is less than 5 min away.

We kept asking for more towels since it was 4 people in the room but we only got 2, the carpet should be taken off in the rooms since it holds too much humidity and one Can feel it, and it would be nice to get more than one roll of paper for the restroom.

Breakfast was limited due to the Corona Virus,..and No coffee (although coffee Had been provided in the lobby the evening before. What breakfast there was included scrambled eggs, which were appreciated.. One sanitizer dispencer was broken on our floor. Alerted the desk early, but nothing done by the next morning.

Small things, hand sanitizer, no coffee. still no Entry sign, But, over-all, a very good hotel, would have been nice to have a luggage cart,

breakfast only fair: not very good quality. The bathroom fan not working, I ask 4 times for repair, it didn't happen. key to the room stopped working and had to reset 6 times.

Overall the experience was very good, the location is near all of the points of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful even with a langue barrier.

the only problem i had was the access to the parking. It was hard getting in unless you are familiar with the location not knowing the traffics rules access to one entrance is very easy to miss.

Breakfast staff was excellent, but there were no muffins or pastries, so I did not like that.

This is Luz del Carmen, I traveled, while the hotel worked with my husband, Anton, to change the date of my stay, which had been altered due to Delta flight cancellations. This was particularly important because I was losing battery in my cell phone and the airports were too busy for me to find an available charge station.

I didn't like that the airlines wouldn't work with me to resolve the problems of the Delta flight I was on. No hotel voucher and they said their flights were overbooked, so had no space for me. Thank goodness for the hotel, for providing a place for me to stay, to be a springboard for the start of my three week vacation in Mexico - a vacation of caring for my mother, who was very sick.

The hotel was good but the location fairly dreadful. Within walking distance the only places to eat were McDonalds, Papa Johns, Little Caesars and the like. The traffic was intense and crossing the street not easy.

A fridge in the room was needed.

Big room size and very clean

This isn't against the hotel but rather the booking site. I paid one of the higher prices for the room and didn't get a beach or ocean view as advertised, but got a view of the street and hill.
