We enjoyed the hotels atmosphere, clean room, comfy beds and easy access to the restaurants, clubs and green bus comes around to take u into the downtown market, can also get taxi or pulmonias to take u sightseeing or anywhere u need. Restaurant has good food and the Starbucks is a plus if u rather stay in..The staff was friendly and very helpful. Downstairs swimming pool was nice and enjoyable.

The hotel is under construction so the rooftop swimming pool was not able to be used or get up there to view the city/ocean. The bar on rooftop is super stuffy/hot, they need fans, so it's not enjoyable, although the bar staff is very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the hotel is connected next door to a club that has loud music/band playing til 4am.

The hotel is very new and is in a beautiful setting. It has rooftop pools and a ground level pool with a waterwall which are all very well done. The staff is kind and helpful and always friendly. The beach is across the street. The beds and sheets are absolutely the most comfortable than anywhere I've ever stayed.

That takes a lot of thought to find anything wrong with the hotel. I will say however that I would have preferred a darker place whilst sleeping. It is like daylight even at night. The lighting is beautiful but too bright for my sleeping. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The staff was friendly and helpful. First floor pool area was very nice with towels available on the lounge chairs. It is considered a boutique hotel so the rooms were appointed accordingly. Comfortable bed and nice mood lighting in the room and a painted mural on the wall. Nice room design. I feel it was a good value for the money. Great location across the street from the beach. Hotel is on the main boulevard so it had easy Uber or bus access. Many toiletries in the room and shower including hand soap, shampoo and lotions in nice dispensers. The property has a restaurant but we did not eat there. Roof top lounge area had a nice ocean view and a wading pool and bar which we did not use.

The bath towels were not soft as expected and a bit old. No chairs or small table on our balcony. ( disappointed there was nothing on our balcony as it had partial ocean view. ) I would have loved to have my a cup of coffee on the balcony or a glass of wine.

The hotel was amazing! The pools were so cool and not busy. The staff were so friendly and really made the experience great! The valet parking was a great bonus! The food was great as well! The hotel was honestly amazing and we couldn't recommend enough!

Everything was great! Only tiny thing was having to wait a little while for the car valet once or twice but it wasn't a big issue at all as it was an added bonus to have the valet parking!

I loved the friendly service from the staff and they moved me to a bigger quieter room than I got at first. Especially loved the fact that I was a few minute walk to the beach and great waves!

The property be the hotel was a little load, hence the staff moved me to a quite room.

The hotel is very chic, comfortable and clean. The rooms very very boutique style and nice. The price which Booking.com offered us was a great deal! The location is good if you want to be in the hotel zone. There is a bar and multiple swimming pools. There is a nice beach within walking distance.

Excellent building. Modern furnished and very clean. Loved the bathroom. The rooftop bar is beautiful and they make the best mojitos which are very hard to find in Mazatlan.

I believe since it’s a new hotel there is no elevator. It can be inconvenient if you are staying on the 3rd floor like I was. The location is very far from the malecón so if you are looking for a more vibrant atmosphere is not a good idea to stay to far from the malecón.

The hotel is near the Marina Mazatlan which is why we choose it. It is new, very spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds are marvelous,the air conditioning is perfect. They have shades for the entry door and a serious shade for the french door to the deck. Ask for a demo of the deck shade, one gringo to another.

The hotel was across the street from the beach and near many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was very unique and had a European flair to it. Everything was well maintained, and clean. There's also a Starbucks on the property.

There were minimal hangers and pillows in the room, but you could request more. There were no drawers.

modern and funky. kind of like the old W hotels. quiet rooms. a bit away from the noisy part of the street

no breakfast included in the price. the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked.
