The entire staff are wonderful and always ready to help. On checking in, everything was explained very well - including instructions on how to have a good, hot shower. And the instructions were perfect. The place is just a few steps from the Plaza del Carmen. You can easily walk to most attractions in San Luis Potosí. We had a small room but it was comfortable with good WiFi, and super clean. Highly recommend this hotel! The perfect place to stay in San Luis Potosí.

Although they are now serving coffee and some cookies in the morning, it would be nice to offer a bit more for breakfast. But this is a very minor complaint. I was not expecting anything for breakfast!

I loved everything about this property. first the location and was affordable. I was delayed in our arrival and when I contacted them they were amazing. Sandra responded and assured me all would be fine. we arrived really late yet Sandra was so welcoming to my family and I. we rented the 2 room suite and there is plenty of space for my family of 5. How nice everyone is from the moment of my arrival to the time of leaving. this was the only place I have ever stayed that I feel like we made friends/family while visiting. From local recommendations to checking and making sure everything was fine or if we needed anything. no matter when I come to San Luis Potosí I will be staying here. There are not enough words to explain the way I recommend such an amazing accommodations

This hotel is about half a block from Plaza de Armas, they have valet parking and are up one flight. You have doorbell access to the front door, so you must be in by eleven. If you're a smoker, get a room with a Juliette balcony and you can close the balcony door and smoke outside. You can WhatsApp them with a coffee order in the morning, but there's no restaurant on site.

Beautiful location, close to everything. Architecture was amazing. Employees try to make sure you were comfortable. Coffee and cookies every morning. Carmen you was the best and we thank you for all your attention. We will be back and I recommend LA Posada del Carmen 100%

The hotel is in a very good location right in the old city center. The room was clean and comfy but the best was the hotel staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly and really made the stay special! They helped me carry my things, find the garage for parking, and had tea and cookies ready for breakfast (there's also coffee).

A very good stay that clearly met our expectations. Staff were courteous and friendly, rooms and common areas clean and well kept, location was spectacular.

Some of the areas were a little smallish, lobby/common area and a few rooms.

Staff were lovely, location was great, a few seconds from the Plaza del Carmen and a short walk from all the centre sights. Lots of nice touches in the hotel. Great value for money. Coffee and biscuits in the morning was an unexpected bonus. Good wifi and hot water.

Overhead fixed shower is a very minor negative point.*

The people that own this hotel couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They have a very convenient parking garage right around the corner, and the location next to one of the main plazas absolutely couldn't be beat. Highly recommended!

Nothing--everything was great!

I loved the friendliness of the hosts, the easy communication, the welcoming and their great help in everything. The room is comfortable and loved the balcony. The location is fantastic, right in the old town. An excellent place!!! Muchas Gracias

The owners and staff are very nice and hospitable. The bedrooms were spacious and well stocked with supplies. Heaters worked great. Location was perfect right in the middle of everything!
