Necessary facilities available: warm shower towels, shampoo and soap, comfortable beds, Aircon in room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially when my flight wasn't til later in the day I was allowed to hang around the communal area til I was ready to leave the next day. Breakfast was lovely! It's one guy that currently is doing everything, check-in/chef/cleaning etc and does it all with a smile. It's a simple lovely little place that was absolutely perfect for an overnight stay when arriving late into Cancun. Really enjoyed my stay.

Not really a complaint just suggestions - For me it was a little bit awkward to get to with Google maps from the airport, we missed the exit we were meant to take and had to take a 15min detour to get back round - not their fault but maybe some instructions could be given on booking which street to turn off? For international arrivals a trusted taxi recommendarion from the airport would be great. Uber can drop you to the airport but can't pick up apparently - airport WiFi is not good so couldn't search for one on arrival.

If you need an economical and clean place to rest your head while waiting for a flight, then this is your place. The people are nice, our room had 3 beds, 2 full and twin, cold AC , hotwater, and good wifi. This is a place you pull up to, jump out the cab, go straight to your room, shower, and crash. We left early in the am, so we did not eat breakfast but it look like a group of college kids sitting in the court yard. There was no late night partying, just a hot shower and good night sleep. I would stay again.

However, this is not the Hilton. The room was very outdated and the place looked a little scary when you walked in. This place is more of a hostile than a resort. Nobody I talked to spoke English. The beds had plastic covers on mattresses under the sheets. Our cab driver kept asking are you sure you know where you are staying. There is nothing around it to do or go. So if you if you need luxury and familiarity, stay at the Hilton. If you are looking for a cheap place with nice people to take a hot shower and lay your head, stay here. During peak season, this place a fourth the price of an airport hotel. I can buy the family a lot of comfort food for that savings.

The guy who only speaks Spanish was one of the nicest people I met on my travel in Mexico and one of the few people I met in Mexico, even ifI barely understood him, since I don’t speak Spanish. He really cared about the guests and not only about money and his tip. This experience was very exceptional! The room was very clean and you see that they care for details.

The taxi from the airport was very expensive between 500-1000 pesos. Back to the airport the hotel ordered a taxi for me and it was only 250 pesos. I wanted fruit or vegetables for breakfast, but they only had a banana. I then was at least successful to get toast with beans. Avocado instead of eggs was not possible. My night was very loud with many people ring the loud bell to check in until 2am and starting again around 6am. All the guests were very loud during passing the hallway which is very close to the rooms and you can hear every little sound in the room, someone was snoring very loud the whole night and I tried to sleep with earplugs.

Breakfast was good and location is quiet, good place crash.

The price is excelent and the room is very clean and big. The only problems waere that the receptionist didn't speak ANY english. Also, the door is not open when you arrive, so to get in you need to ring the bell. I couldn't sleep because every 1 hour someone arrived and I jumped out of bed because of the SUPER LOUND bell ring. Since I stayed there for 10 hours to avoid a long night connection at the airport, it worthed the cheap price.

The best was the very helpful staff! Also, I got lucky and had a huge room!

It's not exactly a nice location, but that's not what I was looking for, as I only wanted to stay close to the airport for my flight the next day. It is perfect for that and they will arrange a taxi to take you there, too!

Airport Sleepy Inn met and surpasses our expectations; would recommend it for someone who is looking to relax, be close to airport for early flight and for a safe good night sleep. Also they cooked for us delicious food, washed all our dirty clothes, & they took us (5) people to the airport at 5 am. Loved that about Airport Sleepy Inn

Nothing, all around everything was awesome

Everything the owners are so nice, help you wathever you need. Not so close but nor so far neither from airport. I will recommend you to take collective when you arrived at Cancun airport and after walking 10 min until there it's like 150 pesos this way.

The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Really nice, good services, honest . A really good experience and cheap ! Safe placd to stay near the airport

The only thing i didnt like but was not because of the owner but because of the place .. i take a long time for wait for have a didi , because the place is far of everything, and the taxi take in general so expensive for move to an other place
