Holiday Inn Express Puebla, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was impecable, good location, many restaurants nearby. The staff always available and willing to help. Finally, our pet was always welcomed and felt very comfortable. 10/10 I would return if given the chance.

The breakfast was always the same, not the same, but also a great option for the given value. Nothing particurlarly wrong, tho. Still, some variety would be cool.

Very supportive staff. We were driving (multi-day road-trip) and had a lot of luggage with us. The staff was great about helping us unload and get situated in the room. Getting back on the road the following day went equally well. Security in the parking lot was good and we had no concerns about leaving our vehicle overnight as the parking attendant allowed us to park close to the security booth (staffed 24 hours). Breakfast in the morning was great also!

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic

My window had water in the internal surface in the morning due the different temperature inside and outside and there was no way to open the window :(

American chain hotels know how to do it. Very clean room and comfy bed with soft squishy pillows. Amazing breakfast!

1 pet per room, 2 per suite. Terrible pet costs. Fee $350p +$145p in tax for pets under 13kg, and $750p + $145p tax for pets over 13kg. Will not stay again because it cost the same as the room for my 22kg dog. Ridiculous! Other hotels charge us $200p.

The location is excellent for me while traveling on business. The breakfast was very good and the precautionary steps taken to ensure safety regarding Covid were excellent and professional.

I had late checkout and my card stopped working to open the door. I had to go down to the lobby and get it reactivated. Although I had called to ask if the cleaning supervisor could let me in.

Location is good. Staff were really friendly and the room very comfortable

My room did have a loud noise due to the air conditioning machine

The initial room they provided to us had a problem, so we contacted them the next morning, and they were able to find us a better one and relocate our items with ease.

The breakfast can be better, include some varieties.

They allowed us to bring our small dog with us to sit in the bar/restaurant while we ate dinner, as we didn't want to leave her in the room alone. Then we were able to have her at breakfast too, outside. The area around the pool was nice to walk my dog. Very dog-friendly hotel. They said the pets are their guests too.

On Booking or in messages back and forth with the property, it would have been helpful to say that we were going to the hotel across the street, rather than HI Express.

In general, it was a good experience. It is enough to say that if I ever come back to Puebla, I will stay at this hotel for sure.

Great location. No oportunity to try hotel breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

They miss the cleaning of our room, 1 day. And we got hotel appologies.
