This property was beautiful! It maintained a Mexican feel with the tile work, art, and paintings. The smell of the fresh flowers when you first walked in was a perk as well. The staff was super nice, and the area felt very safe. I was extremely nervous to go to Monterrey (I’ve never been before) but now I want to go back with my kids! The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful!!! but there are also lots of choices right across the street as well.
They tried to get our A/C fixed but it didn’t work. Our room was 23 to 24 degrees. They immediately sent someone when we asked, and it dropped one degree but it was still hot. I didn’t call them back a second time, but I’m certain they would have tried again to fix it.

The service was great, whatever we needed we got. The rooms are amazing, I love the decoration and how well things are preserved considered how much time this hotel has been opened. I would definitely come back!
The food pricing, I understand the level of this hotel but I think is even more expensive than a hotel in the US, which is kind of interesting. If you get better prices I wouldn't need to leave my room and can pay for more things in the hotel. Scrambled eggs (regardless of the size of the portion) for 27 USD is just something I am not willing to pay, not here not in any city.
