Elevator slow and inconvenient. First time I see one that needs 2 hands simultaneously and 5 seconds to select your floor Dirty windows on the outside, so the views are ruined Service during breakfast a bit slow Eggs from buffet were way overcooked two days in a row Some of the placemats in the restaurant were dirty with food

The hotel is super clean, like a high end spa, and it makes for a relaxing stay. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is delicious, the bar staff makes great drinks. The view in nearly every room is gorgeous, you can't go wrong with whatever room you get honestly. My husband & I go to Monterrey regularly and we will stay ONLY here. 5 stars all the way!

The entire city does not serve alcohol after 6pm on Sundays, which is a bummer but NOT the hotel's fault, they are simply obeying the law. I would suggest going to the 7-11 that's connected to the hotel before 6pm and picking up a few beers/wine whatever you drink and have those in your room before going down to dinner. They don't care if you already have your own stuff to drink, they just can't serve it to you.

Clean, air conditioner works in all the hotel, many hotels cool rooms and común areas, restaurant offers breakfast buffet delicious! The staff goes out of their way to assist Spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, security, parking, lobby areas are clean and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, the terrace offers city views very nice to sit in the morning sunrise.

I hated the fact that the sheets had stains on them as if there was makeup, blood, who knows what it could've been. I didn't complain to the receptionist because I'm not one to nitpick everything, but it could've been easily avoided and it made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel room. It isn't a pretty sight seeing stained sheets on a hotel bed that should be clean

I love the location, the food is delicious , the staff is very friendly in the some building there is a mini market and one coffee shop this one plus for the Hilton garden I'm very happy I highly recommend it.

Hotel views are pretty good also enjoy alone time with wife..!

Towels and bed sheets look old it looks like they wash them without fabric softener for this type of hotel it should look like new all the time.

The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I also like that the wifi was strong and I had no issues getting work done.

On previous stay 2 months ago in December 2022, my stay included breakfast buffet, now I was charged for it.

The young man in front desk was very professional and he also knew a good English and I didn’t have any problems there at this time since he was very helpful
