Ciyé Hotel

Hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the beach and in the middle of all the shops. Loved the pool area and their excellent drinks. The staff do a great job keeping the hotel extremely clean.

Hotel is very noisy. Not just being on a busy street but for some reason the hotel plays loud pop music from 9 am to 10 pm. Also the birds start chirping at 4 am and are extremely loud. "Free breakfast" is just a coffee and the same scone every day.

Staff attention and level of care is incredible at Ciyé. Facilities and their state are top notch Location, is great too, at the heart of the action. The staff anticipation for our needs, as well as their friendliness without being over-bearing is rare. A boutique hotel with the care of a resort. Best of both worlds

Maybe having a room with a king bed option would be nice. A vent in the bathroom. But really it’s small details that did not matter. Everything was great

New, clean and luxurious hotel, surrounded by bars and restaurants so there are plenty of options for eating in the area. It is also very close (walking distance) to the beach and the hotel offers to the guests towels and a bag for going to the beach. And purified water!

This is a really chic boutique hotel, but if you want to get some sleep during the weekend, this is unfortunately difficult here (before 1 or 2 a.m.) It is loud, as the building creates echo in the inner hallways so you can hear everything - people talking in the hallway, people whistling and calling each other and it sounds as if they are in the same room with you. And on the other side on the room, there is the very loud night scene in the weekend: loud music, vibrations, people singing along - and even though the windows are good and insulating, it is still difficult to sleep before the noise calms down

everything is great, great location and people around are really nice. we enjoyed a lot our time here.

Wonderful new hotel in San Pancho! Beautiful equipped rooms, early checkin/late checkout possible without additional cost if available. WIFI worked really good, that is not normal in San Pancho. Awesome rooftop pool with nice views. They also provide (good quality) umbrellas and beach chairs free of charge!

No private parking but not a real problem as street parking was available and safe. There is no breakfast or any other food option, but for us this was just fine as there great restaurants and breakfast spots within 2-3min walking distance, only 5min to the beach.

Hotel is quite new and amazing. All facilities are top, even the ones you can request: chairs, umbrellas, towels. Beach is quite near, five minutes walking. Main Street and all restaurants are close too. If you want to do hikes, suggestions at lobby are great.

There is a LOT of noise. One night, it was ok, people at street didn’t make noises so we slept amazing! but… second night, people from a restaurant nearby decided to do a party and we can hear everything. So, location can be both a bless but also a curse.

This hotel was in a wonderful location. It was in the middle of the action, but we had a kiddo that had food poisoning (from puerto Vallarta) and she was able to go to sleep at 7:30- even with the noise below. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a close walk to the beach and you got to walk down the Main Street to get there. The room was spacious and very clean. We also used the pool area and it was small but perfect. Very elegant and clean. The bar tender was great and the seats are super comfy.

The hotel is right in the heart of the main street of San Pancho. Very contemporary, beautiful and elegant hotel. Rooms are clean, sparse and beautiful. The staff is so friendly, gracious and helpful. The rooftop pool is gorgeous (and a little chilly) but wonderful. The views from the roof are fantastic, you can watch the sunset and stars from it. The location being in the heart of the town makes for a lively surrounding so you will hear all the sounds of town into the evening and early-ish. Easy walking to the beach and restaurants. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lack of tea and coffee makers in the room. Beds are hard.

Architecture & design of the place is fabulous. Clean, sweet staff, location...everything except the hard bed, noise, & lack of coffee were fantastic!!

No coffee available in the room or in the lobby. I think coffee should come w/ the room. Beds are really really hard!! Noisy place at night. We got used to it...or maybe were too tired to not sleep/.

The staff were wonderful. We travelled w a 3 year old and were aways made to feel comfortable. He loved the rooftop pool. The room was very spacious and a 10 for comfort. The lobby, atrium and decor were special. We loved the food we ordered from the bar menu on the rooftop.

The balcony room overlooking the main street was noisy at night w a full on band right below our room. But if you're on the main street in San Poncho you can expect noise. It did quiet down by 10:30 or 11 and it was a Saturday night.
