Staff was friendly enough.
Bedbugs. 'Nuff said. Also, it is freezing at night and there are no heaters. They turned on the fireplace one night but it filled the cabin with smoke, the firewood only lasted an hour, and the fireplace did not warm the cabin. Very bad sleep what with the insane cold (down to 2 Deg C at night and no heat!) and the bugs (see photo for evidence) The pics on booking.com do not match the lodgings. The pics make it seem they are built houses out of brick. The actual cabins are just wood. Very picturesque and charming, but not what we were led to believe based on the pictures. Restaurant wasn't open. Staff was friendly, but everything else was way below expectations. Was glad to get out of there.
