Great location, within walking distance of the Zocalo and the historic centre, so you can do most of the sightseeing on foot. Safe neighbourhood (just make sure you don't venture to the Tepito district after 6 p.m., as it's the most dangerous part of the city!) Reliable wi-fi connection. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is basic but good quality. Unlimited access to filtered water in the kitchen. Delicious and ridiculously cheap street food right next to the hotel - once we've tried it we didn't want to eat anywhere else. I especially recommend the "El Huarache Loco" taqueria (pictured) down the street (in the direction of the Zocalo). Huaraches are a must (whatever topping you choose, you should add some nopales at least once), as is agua de tamarindo (watered down tamarind juice) and other flavours of aguas naturales. If you're lucky and it's open, you will notice a tiny food stand at the gate on your way to El Huarache - they have amazing tyacolos azules (dark green tortillas made of blue corn). Overall, great value for money, would definitely stay there again.

There's no lift, so if you aren't travelling light, brace yourself for some workout. The staff are willing to help, though. Somewhat unpredictable hot water availability in the shower.

The location was very central to many of the main tourist locations. The hotel is new and recently opened. The shared amenities (kitchen and large eating area, television sitting area, other common sitting areas) were very useful and a great gathering space for guests. There is even a washer and dryer they allow you to use.

It was difficult to find the location of the hotel. There is a yellow flag outside the huge door. I included a photo to help locate the entrance.

Very central location, friendly staff, large room with comfortable bed and beautiful balcony. Shared kitchen facilities were great and value for money was excellent.

As a new hotel I think they are still getting used to things, we didn’t have hot water for 2 days (but did on the last day!), a mat for the bathroom floor would have been useful and a soap dispenser by the sink instead of in the shower. Very minor issues really.

Location was fantastic and close to everything. Facilities were nice, though it could get a little warm in the room (fan was provided though, which helped). Kitchen was large and well-stocked, with a nice breakfast included.

Breakfast started much too late, 9:30AM would be too late for a lot of people either checking out or leaving for the day to do things. Towel racks are very high up in the restroom. Gym was very basic with only one bike and some weights.

Exactly as publicised, good consistent wifi, desk for working, fan in room, balcony that allowed fresh air and natural light, block out curtains, good hot water and pressure.

Towel hung from hook in clean room made me feel that i didn't have a fresh towel as most of the time towels are folded when changed. I was assured that it was a clean towel, but it put doubt in my mind.

This is a new hotel which only opened a few days ago, and it is absolutely stunning!! The pictures do not do it justice. The door is quite hard to find as it is not marked, but just ring the bell of no. 17 and they will let you in straight away. Lovely staff and great facilities, comfortable beds, great showers - literally no complaints.

Is a small hotel with nice rooms and outdoor area, very good located, near to the Zocalo and restaurantes, easy to get everywhere walking.

The noise from outside (other guests talking in the common areas late in the night). The hotel should inform all guests to be quite after 10:00 pm.

The location is good. Walking distance from Zocalo and Bellas Artes. Room was clean and elegant. The shower was nice and there was hot water. The breakfast was quite good and versatile. Staff was kind and helpful.

Not many electronic plugs in the room.

So close to centro. The room was large and modernized with a great kitchen and lovely outdoor seating area. Breakfast was substantial and varied. We’re able to leave our luggage on the last day before our evening flight. This was much appreciated

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they let me check in after midnight when my flight was delayed and let me leave my luggage in a safe room after I had checked out for a few hours while I checked out more of the historico Centro.
