Staff was very nice and cooperative Bed and Pillows were so comfortable Staff accommodated with extra blankets Nice ambience for breakfast Front entrance fountain and little garden is impressive and ok to hang out or sit in free time

No handheld shower in washroom but just shower itself Room does not have clock, notebook and pen options, no minibar Breakfast did not have vegan options except bread, cookies, jam, pancake and cereals. There is no boiled or any sort of eggs for vegan guests unless requested. Only 2 options of juices to choose from.

The staff, check-in, check-out, and room service was very professional and smooth. The breakfast crew was very kind, organized, and attentive. The breakfast was very good, it was well worth the money. The room was very comfortable and spacious. the towels were a bit dated and overused. Complimentary bottle water was available. The wi-fi was 93% reliable. it did buffer a few times, but not enough to be consider substandard. The hotel, itself, was very clean, modern, and maintained. The gym was adequate for a decent workout (no air), but the windows could be open. there are no towels available, but they did provide water.

The one thing I didn’t care for, was the bathroom towels and the gym was too hot. These were no dealbreakers, but could easily be improved.

VALET SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. LOVED HOTEL DECORATIONS, NICE SOFAS AT EACH FLOOR, LOBBY VERY WELCOMING. HOUSEKEEPERS VERY WARM AND DO EXCELLENT JOB.

RECEPTIONIST COULD BE WARMER, HOWEVER SHE IS VERY EFFICIENT. BREAKFAST VERY LIMITED AND AT TIMES IT WAS FULLY DEPLETED AND TOOK LONG TIME TO REFILL. TOO SMALL BUFFET STATION FOR THE CAPACITY OF ROOM.

From the friendly staff to the accommodations were spot on, except for the mattress everything else was beyond my expectations. Big thanks to Esteban bell man, he was very kind and gave us excellent recommendations, he made sure we had the information needed and made sure to give us a card from the hotel at our departure. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Beds/mattress were uncomfortable, Hard to sleep.

I didn't like the breakfast this time in September the breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant crew where wonderful this time it wasn't good at all it felt empty without Esther and Marisol I was truly looking forward to seeing them

Great breakfast! Good coffee. Location was fine - close to restaurants and why we were in Gaudalarjara. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Internet was slow and spotty.

The breakfasr was amazing for one that is included with every room. The variety was terriffic. The room tv had Fox News. Little packages of cookies at the front desk. Very clean. Very helpful staff. A very functional gym

I didn’t like that use toilet paper that have perfume and there was not refrigerated or ice machine think about the people that have allergic to perfume other than that it was fine
