Very friendly staff, the location was really good close to the main city attractions, the hotel doesn't have parking but they can provide to you a ticket (if space is available) at a parking park really close to the hotel. There's a restaurant in the same location so you may expect some noice from there.
Unfortunately there was some rain and we had a leak from the HVAC. Water didn't damage any of our belongings but this could be a threat for another gest in the future.

The distance from the floor to the bottom of the door that’s why the bugs can walk in and out like nothing maybe a little less than half an inch but still mice and insects can easily come in and out. The lamps hanging next to the bed where literally like shoulder length or maybe lower. The shortness of face towels and the towel to step on once out of the shower. For hand washing we had to use the ones we dried our body with and they don’t change them every day unless asked

My luggage was filled with ants everywhere. I think this is common in the area, but they could do better cleaning and fumigating to avoid them.

Bed is extremely comfy and it's very close to the cathedral, cafes restaurants and bars.
Staff was ok but didn't seem too professional. One of the staff didn't have is face mask put properly and when we did the check in They never took our temperature either. Door of our room didn't work properly and the beautiful roof top terrace with amazing view was closed.

The bedroom was super clean and comfy. The hot water worked perfectly and the rooftop was very nice with great views.
The reception girl was not welcoming at all and the wifi was super inconsistent... not recommended for remote workers.

Nice rooftop bar for diner or drinks with a view, as well, the room comes with a very romantic view, and big windows!
A bit noisy as construction close to the room. A little bit smelly from the bathroom sewer.
