This is an older hotel/ motel in a great location- easy to get to. The rooms are simple but spacious with good shower pressure, comfortable beds and more. it’s in an university neighborhood which is quiet and clean, we walked quite a bit and felt safe. safe parking as well

In Corona times, it was great that the room was easily accessible and from outside. I also liked that the room had air conditioning.
There were people partying outside the room infront of mine until 4:00 AM. I was surprised there was no guard or someone who told them to stop or to respect the sleeping time of other guests. Needless to say I didn't sleep that night at all. I was disappointed that the time to use the swimming pool was restricted, so I couldn't swim in the morning to exercise. The machines in the gym were not working, so this was also disappointing. All in all, the hotel has potential but it definitely needs some maintenance and renovation.

There was nothing to like, except the towels and sheets were clean.
Everything! Old, broken furniture in the room, my room looked nothing like the images they show, also, the AC unit made too much noise. Just because I thought it might wobble, I tried the ceiling fan, it did. Some electrical outlets didn't work. Overall, a shabby room. The same goes for the outside, the property has not been updated in decades. At night there was considerable noise, mostly coming from the drunks at the pool singing along with the loud music they were playing. When I tried to check out, the office was closed, and, as far as I know, there was no breakfast, but one was advertised. The property says they guarantee their quality on the inside of their key folio, that I would be pleased, or my money back. Well, I want my money back. Let us see if they are true to their word and credit my card.
