Encuentro Guadalupe

It’s a different concept, but you have to know about it, it’s not easy to get around but a romantic experience

You are kind of trap at your room, you need to bring your bell for FOR EVERYTHING, they come quick but your isolated on a tiny room that doesn’t have nothing, almost no privacy with the restroom, good for quality time with your couple. Be very careful with the weather, it’s very important to make the most of your stay here, also try not to eat, they are better experiences in the surroundings not as expensive

The VIEW IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! THE STAFF IS AWESOME AND ALWAYS HELPFUL/SMILING! We were disappointed to find the oyster bar and lobby restaurant closed. We had no notification of these facilites being closed. The weather was very cold and although the area by the pool was wonderful, it would have been great to have a place to gather indoors as it is not feasible in the rooms. Chef Andres was spectacular. The cuisine and bakery/breads were unbeatable. I would HIGHLY recommend the restaurant TOBA even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Every staff member is super nice. The pool area is beautiful. The view from our room are breathtaking and you have your private balcony to admire that as well.

It doesn’t have a lot of selections when it comes to food, it would be nice for them to have a restaurant, that offers that instead of driving to another place.

The staff were friendly and professional. The ride up to the rooms was fun. The restaurant and pool were beautiful. The location was convenient to visit nearby wineries.

It was unseasonably cool. The space heater was a little challenged to warm the room. Sink was discolored by water oxidation. Could have used more power outlets.

Setting, quiet and location.

Heater broken in AM and we were freezing. They provided additional small heaters. Windows in room not closings properly room very cold and sink not cleaned properly.

Breakfast was awesome!!! Great and healthy variety. Very kind and attentive staff, that know the region, they had great advice what to explore or where to go out for dinner, or which wineries to visit. Room was great, with beautiful views and lost of privacy since everyone has their own pod. Property was amazing for us and our dog, lot's of wildlife and beautiful hikes up the hill. We where so happy we stayed here, that we prolonged. :-).

Note that all is uphill and that you need a shuttle (very friendly drivers) or that you need to hike, all good for us. but when you are less mobile; ask for a pod nearby the pool / hotel restaurant.

This is the ultimate couple destination in Valle de Guadalupe, the landscape and atmosphere here is just surreal

I liked everything just everyone need to be aware being that close to nature needs it own mindset.

Amazing stay at Encuentro Guadalupe. Incredible views, lovely pool and jacuzzi area, top-notch cuisine at the restaurant. No doubt the highlight of our trip.

Very expensive, both the hotel and the restaurant - but it easily is the most luxurious, iconic hotel in el Valle.

The customer service is beyond exceptional. The road is hard to drive and when we requested a ride to the car or the pool, they quickly arrived.

We had been to the restaurants there before and we had no clue that the restaurants are closed down and not sure when they will reopen. Only the pool restaurants bar was open. Limited options. So we had to go out of the resort for dining.

The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Top notch hospitality. The architecture and layout of the hotel was incredible. Highly recommend!
