wellness: full body massage-legs were pretty much forgotten; pedicure only 12 min., whereas staten for 1 hr. Finally even had to discuss erroneous wellness treatment of other people (who had paid cash) on my bill (check your bill !!). Starbucks coffee terribly expensive! Shower water just barely warm. And no matter your request or suggestion: personnel and particularly the manager keeps pointing out it’s your mistake, you don’t understand….. Personnel definitely needs training on customer service communication!! No matter how lovely the location and room, quality-price is outrageous due to latter. Better check of there are better hotels in Loreto.

Great location looking at the Islands off Loreto. Very clean rooms with marble floors and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The staff was very attentive arranging for excursions, and taking care of our every need. The restaurant was top notch serving a variety of foods and also cooked our fish we caught 5 different ways! The spa services weee also fantastic and very reasonable priced. We each had 2 massages during our stay! We were very impressed with the high level of service!

The Olivos Restaurante is great. The service is very good and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the risotto The breakfast is good nothing extraordinary but good for the price.

The service at the front desk. They were informal with booking the sightseeing trips which was the only issue for us. Maybe it's better to go directly to the marine and ask for the prices and packages

We liked having Starbucks in the Hotel. The restaurant was great and they they made cerviche and cooked our catch three different ways. The dinner was delicious!. We also had a great complimentary buffet breakfast. I tried their posole, the best I've ever had. We also liked the location of the hotel because it was a half a block away from where we took our panga to go fishing. The best part was that they kept and froze our catch, which we were able to take home.

The beautiful spacious spotless rooms have a private balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Just lovely to sit there. The walls are thick, so no sound from adjacent rooms. The housecleaning service is excellent. Super comfortable beds and linens. We ate at the Olivos Restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner and it was superb! I will definitely return. The vibe is very friendly, upscale but very casual. Excellent front desk personnel. The location on the Malecon is fantastic!

I would have liked an in-room mini fridge and microwave. There is one packet of in room coffee with a coffee maker--so so.

The buffet breakfast was great. All of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and the shower was great (plenty of hot water/pressure). Pool is beautiful and hot tub is wonderful. Would stay here again.

Not any fault of the property, but it is located near a sewage treatment plant so when the wind is blowing just right it stinks.

The location was phenomenal, right in the middle of Loreto's malecón (boardwalk). The service was 95% of the time excellent, and most all the staff of the hotel did their job with excellence and grace. The room was a really good size, great balcony overlooking the ocean, the bathroom was mostly great, the shower was the only so so aspect of the room, old shower-head, unreliable water temperature. The pool and bar were great, though they could've had more beds and umbrellas for the amount of guests. The service at the bar, reception, cleaning staff, and waiters was really fantastic.

Definitely the food, the service at Los Olivos restaurant in the hotel was excellent, but the food not so much, it wasn't terrible either, just below par, a menu full of creamy and heavy options in the heat of summer is not too appealing, and they weren't too good to accommodate special requests. There are so many restaurants around where to have a much better meal. The room-service was a mess.

The location of the hotel was perfect and so close to the historic area of the city. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel was sparkly clean. A lot of time was spent by staff every day to clean. Our balcony was huge and lovely to sit out at to have our morning coffee and evening beverages. Food in the dining room and pizza bar was delicious.

The only thing I wasn't really happy with is that the sun only shone on the pool area until about 1:00 in the afternoon. Not much you can do about that though.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful; Eder at the front desk went out of his way to resolve any issues. The location is right on the water and a very short walk to the center of old town. Good dining, transportation to/from the airport and Covid testing. The hotel handled all the logistics and let us focus on the relaxation part!

The Christmas tree in the lobby came down too soon after Christmas ;-) Really nothing about the facilities or experience was off. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend to others.

great service, they upgraded my room at no charge, beautiful building,  marble floors, custom woodworking, excellent restaurant. The chef at the restaurant came and introduced himself, made great Italian food.  Very nice guy took a moment to introduce himself. Ask us how we’re doing and seemed genuinely happy we were there.
