The room clean & spacious, the staff helpful even help us to air pump the boy float(request the sports club staff ok) , the breakfast variety & delicious 😋 The scenery at the sports club pools beautiful & calming.. make us feel relaxed & cool.. They have great foods & accommodation 😍😎❤️

Even we booked few months earlier doesn't mean we get the room we book cos it's still subject to availability if we check in late.. 🤔 Hmm unfair right😑😁 so make sure you be there ontime😅😆

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast session. We only given 45 minutes for breakfast time (9-9.45min). We spend about 10 minutes only to search for table because the restaurant was full. Then when we start to eat, the staff remind us to leave the restaurant on 9.45am. Not fair because we start our breakfast at 9.15am! Next time please arrange the attendance properly. Thankyou.

I appreciate the fast response from the facilities team in regard to any issues that we had during our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated but some of their facilities are okay.

I am so sorry but the hotel should start to invest in upgrading their facilities such as toilets etc. The cleanliness of the hotel is so worrying. Since most of the furniture and items in the room are heavily made from wood, more maintenance is needed to keep them clean. The apartment sink and drawers etc are quite dirty as well. All in all, they have to upgrade and hire more people too. There was no bell boy during our stay, we have to get our own luggage trolly and bring them to our room ourselves.

Our room was big and comfortable, and very quiet. You can see this was a splendid, luxurious hotel in bygone days, and it's now getting an update/ makeover. All in all, very good value for money. The Chinese restaurant on the premises is extraordinarily good and this was the highlight of our stay together with the cafe and swimming pool area. The staff were helpful and pleasant and very accommodating, serving us hot drinks outside café hours. I would definitely return.

The hotel is a little out of the way if you're visiting the city centre, but it's easy to catch a Grab downtown. The only evening food option on the premises is the Chinese restaurant.

Value for money, cozy and peaceful resort in the heart of Johor, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were friendly, facilities were ok. There are sufficient eateries and activities to do for the family within the resort itself. If not, it is within 30-45mins drive to nearby malls. Loved the swimming pools and the indoor kids playground! Also, I think I was upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 room suite (thank you for that! :)). Will come again in the future insyaAllah.

Two main downsides were: Food-wise - Room service for food was not available 24 hours, or at least till 12am. 2 of the eateries close at 5pm on weekdays. Surrounding areas had construction going on (either a new project or extension of the resort? So, the rustic ambience was reduced as opposed to maybe 1 or 2 years ago.

The room was super clean, super spacious and cozy too. We love the pool near sauna. Super big and fun. Breakfast and dinner was delicious too.

The issue that i faced is, i request for early checkin and had call the customer service before i come the morning. Upon arrival, the reception tell me that the room currently full and cant checkin. I am super stress that time because i am from the airport. Thanks god, seem like the manager / senior reception solve the problem and change our room. My opinion, they should improve communication among staff for avoid misunderstanding. Other issue is during my breakfast, the staff there lack of smile and kinda making bored face. They should put lot of smile during work.

I love the interior design of the resort which is Malay classic. There were a lot of nice halls in the pavilion. The pool is good, multiple choice and kids friendly. The breakfast is okay. Love the setting of the table and food area. Our room (3 bedroom) is spacious and comfy. Can occupy up to 8-10 people.

I think the cleanliness can be improved a bit. The toilet still have traces of mold and hair. I guess post Covid the resort a bit run down. The lift little bit small especially we have wheel chaired, it’s quite cramped.

The rooms are large and cozy. The ambience around the resort is marvelous, on a golf course nestled in the forest. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would love to come here again!

There are construction project going on around the hotel, so some of the roads can be very dark leading to the hotel. The shower drain in our room was clogged (our fault for not letting the hotel know)

3 bedroom apartment was excellent for family of 7, breakfast is abundant and more than sufficient, large pool for adults and children, great cafe/food at large pool area. Ample parking spaces available.

(1) Road access to hotel from Main Road was bad. (2) Were not informed during check-in that recreational areas such as gym, spa, large pool is located at another building (but within short walking distance) from hotel rooms.

1. Sorry to note that the area would be developed for residential properties. Some are too near the resort. 2. Our room was beside the swimming pool, so, it was a bit noisy with kids and families
