Geno Hotel Shah Alam

Registration upon arrival was really fast. The room was spacious and comfortably fits my family of 4. Good customer service, came up to the room when a request call was made. Late checkout was allowed upon request by 1 pm. Mind you that the parking fee is RM8 per day, even inside the hotel compound. I would not mind coming to Geno Hotel again to get a full experience using their amenities and trying their breakfast menu.

The carpet needs some cleaning as some spots are visible. A major turn-off was when the cleaner came to pick up trash in my room. He came in by not taking off his boots. Straight went to the washroom with shoes on. I had to ask him to remove his shoes before walking into the carpeted area to pick up trash under the working desk (where the 2nd bin was situated). Other than that we had a nice stay.

High room rate if you book via Booking, Room Cleaning is on demand not daily, most of breakfast menu is an Asian food, nothing near to Hotel, you need car for everything almost. In my room furniture they need to do wash the carpet, you can't use the Gym or swimming pool often because they have alot of events next to the swimming pool area.

The facilities provided were amazing.. The bedroom was nice also..

Im bit feel not okay with the late services at the reception since maybe they have some issues to cater on.. However I'm expecting better and improvement in future.. Overall it is good choice to stay here I am really recommend this hotel for others

the breakfast was ok. However, if there are more options of food will be great. Room ok and spacious and also clean. I don't have any problem with the room. Except that if the hotel can give 2 access card will be superb.

The options of the breakfast menu, the room carpet that was torn a at some area, and nothing much. Overall, everything was just fine to me.

The hotel is well kept. As you enter the hotel it makes you feel like you are stepping into a 5 star hotel. Please keep it up and maintain the quality.

The locations is a bit secluded. Making it difficult to find food outside. Probably good to extend your room service menu since its not easy to get decent food outside especially for those who don't drive.

Facility good, I like the good smell of the hotel when 1st come in, felt relaxing...

Not all the staff at the reception was updated on the latest information. The buffet breakfast was 95% almost the same menu every morning only less than 5% changes of the menu. Sometimes they won't make up your room until you call to complain.

Since the room is using central aircond, it takes longer times for the room to feel cold. Also during check in, there was only 1 staff at the receptionist to entertain us and a whole bunch of tourists 🙃

I love it here. It was my first time at this hotel & it was last minutes booking. But thank god I love their hotel. Cantik gila and memang selesa! Bilik sangat spacious and clean, no problem at all with this hotel. Would definitely stay here again some other time!
