We opted for the luxurious experience of staying at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, and it did not disappoint. The room thoughtfully included all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient travel experience. The highlight was the excellent continental breakfast, featuring a delightful blend of international and local Malaysian cuisines. One noteworthy advantage is the provision of free parking, with options for both open parking areas and building parking. This adds to the convenience, allowing guests to focus on enjoying their stay without worrying about parking logistics. For those seeking a premium stay in Port Dickson, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson stands out as an excellent choice.

While my overall experience was highly satisfying, I do have a minor observation. The range of activities for families and couples within the hotel premises appeared somewhat limited after check-in. Although the hotel offers cycling, ATV rides, and various beach activities, the options for swimming were a bit restricted. To address this, I ventured to Teluk Kemang, a nearby beach, approximately 15-20 minutes away. There, a longer stretch of beach awaited, offering a more diverse array of activities such as banana boat rides, boat rides, jet skiing, and even horse riding. In conclusion, I remain thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. It's a top choice for those seeking a premium and indulgent experience in this beautiful coastal town.

Visited on 3rd Jan 2022. Staffs are very helpful. Everyone are professionally trained to maintain SOP. Check-in are smooth and hassle less. Room was very spacious and gorgeous. I'm lucky to get a room facing away from other which I could really enjoy my privacy. Getting around the hibiscus is easy by buggy services. Too bad the center part of the hibiscus closed early due to SOP rules. Coffee house's breakfast are fantastic! Everything taste very nice especially omelets and the prawn noodle soup.

Some of the appliance that didn't work and facilities are faulty: - 2pcs room access cards, 1 of them have no registered data, end up stuck outside the room with rainy weather - Lights at pool area not working, will get really dark when night falls - Electrical curtain / blinds located on top of the room, the power not even connected. - Sauna room, can't get the right temperature. - TV, there's a weird blue contrast that darkens the whole display. - The Pool, not sure is the water but the area smells like wet soaked sox. - WIFI, it crashed and can't be use the whole night. Stronger room maintenance needed, I'm very happy with my stay but yet not so satisfy.

Room is big and spacious. TV has lots of channels and clear. Very well maintained. Very clean. I love riding the bike and bama boat rides. Sea is clean and calm.

Breakfast could have been 5 star. Should charge hire for top quality breakfast to live up to the 5 star name.

Even though during PKP, the check-in is smooth., staff at the lobby very helpful. Staff at entrance is polite and always smile. The room was so cozy and nice. The pool with the panorama Sea View is so amazing! The bed and pillow is so awesome! The Breakfast is delicious. Got variety of food choices. No need to wait for long time for buggy.

I do not receive my free cocktail. Call the customer service twice but until my check-out, no body come and send my cocktail. we were very disappointed. The pool light at night is not working. call the operator to come and check from 8pm but they only come at 11pm. Being called every 30minutes but they took a long time to come and check the problem. The solution is only takes not more than 5 minutes. They not even say sorry or anything. It kinda really waste money when we bought a room with pool but cannot use the pool at night.

Highlight that I need baby cot for my 5 months baby and they granted my request. Baby cot was sent infront of my door step with pillow , 2 bolster and blanket. How warm and perfect service 💯 *attached the baby cot’s photo* One day before my check-in date, they called and upgraded our room for free from sky tower room to premium pool villa. Definitely plus point here. Buggy and room service are 24 hours. Buggy is just one call away and waiting time not more than 10 minutes. All the staffs were friendly , smiling and helpful. Will be back again, finger crossed 🤞🏼

we choose panorama pool villa (sea view). the room is best view and the bed also comfort. pool also good. this room include package hi-tea at lighthouse. overall is good and reasonable. many activity can be do at this lexis hibiscus. our family enjoy it.

our pool actually no light when night. maintenance repair and after that it function. the other lamp near the wall at pool no function and little bit dark. hope maintenance can fix it for other visitor because the lamp trip all electric circuit at this room.

Location is awesome, staff was friendly and supporting, requests for repair were adhered immediately. Steam room on the balcony is great, private pool is nice to have but we didn’t use it really often. Double showers is awesome when you travel as couple or with kids.

Cleanliness in the room, especially on hard surfaces like glass was not so good. Areas like bed, bathroom e.g. were cleaned properly, but dirty windows against direct sunlight look bad when you enter the room. Breakfast seems not to be able to suit more than 100 or so, I wonder how would work with full occupation. Pool towels where always a hassle to get. Beach area is not nice, but Blue Lagoon is only 6 mins per car away

Everything is excellent. Buggey boys are the best. Give them a raise or bonus or something. Front desk are friendly. Restaurant staffs are helpful. The room is nice but not what we expected of private pool is was to open to be private. Everyone can see us swimming the only difference from open pool is that we do not share with others.

The parking is not friendly and accommodating actually. You separate the parking according to the room rate is actually good but be fair all your room is not that cheap. Why not distribute parking fairly to others? Like the open parking is empty because maybe there is no one checking in suite that many. Do improve on this and the security check in front. Idk maybe provide tag or something for in house guest no need to stop everytime and ask guest or not. And the pool in my hotel is dirty. Got dead lizard in it. Gosh. Got debris in it. I think need to clean the pool every time people check out. Who know what people been doing in that water before.

Spacious room. Great that bed & bath are properly separated, can put away luggage in separate area at the bath and not create messy look. Came with 2 big kids and a baby and does not feel crowded. Like the grab n go cafe there. Staffs are very friendly 👍

Didnt really see the 'luxury' despite the best luxury awards. Especially during the breakfast. Food choices are plenty but nothing to distinguish with other 4 star hotels. Even omelette is ready in bulk rather than made upon order and the ingredient, again, nothing luxury about it. Probably because of the big crowd and you are sitting near the pool instead of the main indoor dining.

My family and I liked the idea of having a private pool for ourselves. The room was cozy, spacious, and clean. The staff were of great service, especially at the diner, specifically the humble guy whose name I forgot (his name had something like MA or KA in it).

The food issue was a bummer. I was expecting top-of-the-class fresh local food that I love, but instead, we had a very narrow selection of food, which, of course, wasn't the best. Food pricing is also very high, considering the quality of the serving. Luckily we had a car to go dine out from the 3rd of our stay.
