The pool was superb - my kids enjoyed it to the max. Their staff - very polite and helpful. Breakfast - just enough variety to choose from. Nasi lemak is so good. The best is their teh tarik, done on the spot! Rooms are great, not that big and spacious but just enough. Love the ambience and the new refurbished furniture. Love most the scenery and surrounding areas, the best for a get-away vacation. definitely will repeat again!

The hotel is situated too far remote. You have to travel 30 minutes to the nearest town to get your lunch and dinner. Would be great to have at least a convenience store nearby for a quick grab and go.

100% nature view for those like nature escape food really good and spicy i guess hahaha and their teh tarik better than putrajaya’s

don’t have any connivence store within 10min from property. i mean for me that use alot of minerals water, need to buy earlier before arriving so that you don’t have to go outside buy at night. and i advise please choose half board if you feel lazy to go out for dinner at night.

Room is newly renovated, clean and washrooms are well equipped with good water pressure. Only the balcony is a little dirty which is understandable. The pool and waterpark area are spot on, fun and enjoyable.

Breakfast was kind of disappointing, food does not taste good and coffee machines were always out of ingredients e.g. milk. Despite the variety of food however they are not delicious.

Love the private beach! Many fun activities can be done there like motorboat and kayaking. The pools are super nice and the view of sunset from there is very pretty. Room is spacious, vanity mirror is gorgeous and overall its a great stay. The hotel staffs are very nice and they accomodate to each of customers' needs :)

The profit margin is too high. An ice cream of the same brand and flavor sold in store will sell for rm3 but in Hilton, its rm12. Would love for the Hotel to disclose the prices first before the goods were sold.

Everything was great about our stays. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The room is big, comfortable and spacious. The facilities was great especially the water park and gym. The buffet was great too. We love the ocean view especially during sunset.

Our kids really enjoyed the kids club but I wish there are more durable toys for kids to play. We were there during the peak season and the kids club was crowded so the toys are not enough to share. Besides that, I hope more activities can be offered to the kids and adults at the hotel. For example like yoga class, beach clean up, kids fitness. I hope the hotel also offers inclusive packages (with food) for the hotel guests. The hotel is far from town so most guests prefer to spend time within the hotel compound so it’s good if more activities and packages are offered.

The environment is good

Monkey is scary 😆 The food tastes during breakfast can be improved. The price for kids during breakfast is not worth it..

The service was commendable, with two restaurants available. The dinner buffet at Makan Kitchen Restaurant was particularly enjoyable, offering a variety of cuisine

Despite reserving a premiere room, it was disappointing that the balcony did not directly overlook the sea. The basis for room assignment by the management wasn’t clear. While the resort boasts its own beach, it lacks towel services and food provisions. Additionally, the swimming pool, though attractive, can become noisy and less relaxing due to the presence of many children. While the breakfast buffet offers a diverse menu, the quality of the pancakes was subpar

Check-in was super smooth, or is it probably during weekdays. :-) Room, aligned with my expectation. Nice, clean and practical. Pool was the best part. You got to trust this one, awesome for family. Breakfast - variety. Staff at all position greet you well with their most honest smile. Anyway, it was a great experience there, warm, friendly people, spectacular view. What else you want for a resort hotel.

Dinner. Ala-carte menus are limited. Or can i say slightly less of creativity. Maybe can add up some steak and more kind of desserts.

Staff here are really good. They are attentive, helpful and warm. My mom was on wheelchair and they always lend a hand to help her manouver the resort. Keep up the good customer service! Breakfast and gym was good too. Clean. Love it.

When I booked 2 rooms, it stated as sea view but sadly, it is not. My room (3423) had like bushes/jungle view and my other room (3422) had a glimpse of the beach/sea. Felt disapointed and deceived, as I was hoping my aged parents could at least enjoy the sea view from the rooms, but unfortunately no. Also many flies.

The beach is so secluded and huge also clean, despite the high season, hence we don't really feel the high traffic (except for the pool as expected but the kids enjoy the beach more rather than the pool so we spent more time at the beach) and of course the amazing breakfast ! The staff Hayqal upgraded us to a family room given we have a last minute bigger group and the discount he gave was really value for money. Love the size of the family room. The kid's room is great as they extended the opening hours until 10pm for school holiday, consists of PS4, all the pretend play toys and movie room, it's a huge place.

The pool towel quantity should be equivalent to the number of people in the room not 2 per room. The room we are staying is at a family room so expected to have more than 2 people.
