LaVilla by Holiday Villa Cherating

After reading some of the reviews I was worried about staying but our two families had a great time.The villas were very clean and although the bathroom was rather dated everything worked.The beds were very comfortable and the plunge/pool was fantastic.The main swimming pool area was brand new and absolutely fabulous.The beach cafe provided a good breakfast.Also Tiger beer available all day at the nice pool bar although it was a rather pricey 19RM

The beach cafe could be fantastic and the chef is a lovely guy and can obviously cook (the malaysian chicken at breakfast was amazing!).However for the rest of the day the menu is limited and the price is high.Also as we were in Cherating at the start of the week there was virtually nothing else open!!!!

Nice place, has a real feel of a beach resort, short walk to the beach, our 2bedroom villa has a private pool as well as an allocated carpark. Amenities was good especially the bath towels was clean and pool/beach towels was provided for us too! Each and everyone of the staff's was very helpful and friendly, from the sweeper, cleaners, technicians, front office and others...which made us feel very welcoming and excellent service provided👍🏼👍🏾👍🏿 Thank you, we had fun and enjoyed our stay here! Keep it up💪🏻💪🏽💪🏿

Though the greens has matured with the resorts, we loved it but some room facilities does require some upgrades/consistent maintenance especially the bathtub, the towel hangers and would be good if there is a mobile hairdryer in the twin bedded room too instead of having to run over to the other room to use the mounted hairdryer!

Friendly staff, quite room villa near to beach, got a very big tv with youtube and netflix, my 2 years sons can have something too enjoy. Bellboy helpful too. Anyways it is a professional team working here. Common swimming pool look so clean. Good job.

Front desk staff always not at the counter, need to ring the bell. I travel a lot for works, I rarely seen a 3-5 stars hotel the front desk staff are always missing. Breakfast food for nasi goreng is not good, too salty and spicy. Better make nasi lemak. I know its very difficult to maintain pool away from the dried leafs, but please clean the debris inside the private pool more often.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. private beach is lovely Private pool is superb Sri Pahang villa is spacious and all facilities inside the villa works wonderful

Room lighting is too dimmed.. Bright white light should be an option rather than just yellowish light. Food choices for in-room service are limited

The staff from the reception, concierge, pool and cafe were all very helpful throughout our stay. The 2-room villa was big enough for us 2 adults and 3 kids. The plunge pool was clean and comparatively bigger than plunge pools in other hotels we've stayed in before. The children's pool with the slides is a wonderful addition to the hotel as kids loved it. The adult's pool has a lot of sun loungers, parasols and bean bags which is convenient. The beach was clean, with soft, fine sand. Water was clear as well.

The villa was quite dated, and the bed was creaky. The villa was nevertheless clean.

Wld hv preferred both rooms to be inside the villa instead of 2 rooms with own entry First day there was some noisy construction work happening behind my villa A/c in living room not working. Hand bidet leaking terribly Dead cockroach in the toilet

It is near to the beach. The pool is quite big for us of three. Didnt feel cramped and my kid loves it so much. The room is spacious and clean. I didnt expect it has two bathroom. Loves the allocated park as well.

The room i stayed got a bit of spoilt in the door locked in the bathroom. The shower room water quite strong. But these doesnt affect our overall stay just need to fix a bit.

Next to beach. Private pool was nice. Bed was comfy. Mosquito vape mats were provided. Garden landscape was nice. A good place to relax. Gave welcome drinks and fruits. Plenty of water provided. Quiet.

Gym is hot. Room would be better with brighter lights. Sandflies on beach but that's just nature - bring insect repellent though.

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is very clean and beautiful. The room pool is also a very good size. Staff is friendly. Hotel breakfast buffet is very cheap, not much variety but tasted ok.

The room is very dated and things like the blinds, doors and bathtub are worn. We stayed 3D and 2N but our rooms was not cleaned and toiletries was not top up. The layout of the 2 bedroom is a bit weird and may not work if you are travelling with young kids as it is not connected. Quite dangerous if kids go out from their room esp with pool right outside

The staffs are all friendly, helpful and attentive. The resort is clean and well kept. Breakfast available at the property at a reasonable price with fair choice of food. Love the clean beach. Will come again.
